  We recently had air conditioning installed by Elite AC Ltd and have been really impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Ben was responsive throughout, easy to deal with, and took the time to properly think through the design rather than just pushing the most expensive option. He also suggested practical ways to reduce costs where possible without compromising the overall quality of the installation, which was genuinely appreciated. The installation itself was neat and professional, particularly the ducted solution integrated into the wardrobes for the bedroom, for a very clean and discreet finish, but for the more integrated finish, it takes a bit longer to cool than our other units, which are visible but cool faster. We went with three different Fujitsu Airstage units and have been very pleased with them so far. The systems are very good, and come with built-in WiFi and cloud control. We were also able to connect them to Amazon Alexa by enabling the Fujitsu Airstage Alexa skill, which makes voice control very convenient. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend Elite AC Ltd to anyone considering air conditioning installation.

  Contacted Elite AC for a quote to install AC in our bedroom, we sent him a few dimensions and pictures of the room, Ben priced it up and we were happy so went ahead. Ben arrived at stated time on the day of installation with Jake, and between them they carried out a very clean professional and informative install. The unit Ben selected for us is so quiet I didn’t even realise it was on and running when shown how to use it. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of their attitude and respect for our home, they were both so polite and conscientious a pleasure to have in our home. I would highly recommend people look no further than Elite AC if this is what you need, they are brilliant.

  Ben was great. He gave good advice on which system to choose, and was very responsive and flexible in accommodating our constraints. He came up with practical solutions to make the installation as discreet as possible, and the work was neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

  We made an enquiry about installing aircon cassettes in a couple of rooms in the house. Ben responded quickly and we arranged a survey visit. During the visit Ben surveyed the rooms, exterior and power source and followed up quickly with the appropriate solution. All questions answered satisfactorily. Installation went very well and we were really happy with the results. Ben and Jake were really friendly during the installation and above all, respected the property. A great experience and would recommend.

  Ben did a brilliant job installing our AC and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. From the start he was friendly, easy to deal with, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything clearly without overcomplicating it, which I appreciated. The installation itself was spot on. The indoor units looks clean and sits nicely in the room, and outside the ducting has been done really neatly. It doesn’t look messy or out of place at all, which was something I was a bit worried about beforehand. He left everything absolutely spotless, like he’d never even been there. All in all, a top-quality job from a genuinely nice guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and it’s easily 5 stars.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Very good service from start to finish. Elite AC Ltd installed a large air cooling system at Monolith UK Ltd, completing the work within the agreed timeline. All required certificates were provided promptly. Good service and nice people—professional and reliable. Highly recommended.
