  This company absolutely disgraceful painting when hailstoning missing half of pvc window frames out plus other pvc not painting all drainpipes got paint on my artificial grass wold not recommend this company at all not happy missed my porch way out!!! Not happy

  I would not recommend Connolly Ltd based on my experience. Following a bathroom renovation carried out by their team, I’ve had ongoing issues that have still not been properly resolved months later. The paint throughout the entire bathroom (walls to ceiling) began peeling and cracking shortly after the work was completed, suggesting incorrect materials were used for a bathroom environment. What’s been even more frustrating is the lack of communication and reliability: Multiple appointments arranged where no one showed up Long delays in responses and constant chasing required Promises of follow-up work with no action taken Issues “fixed” only to return again I’ve taken time off work to wait in for contractors who never arrived, and I’m still left with a bathroom in poor condition. This has been an ongoing issue with no proper resolution, and I feel completely ignored as a tenant. I am now escalating this through Great Places Housing due to the lack of accountability from Connolly Ltd. Very disappointing service and workmanship.

  Amazing. Team all been friendly. Completed a great job. Carla overseen project, absolutely a god send. Definitely recommend. So happy with our kitchen. Thank you.

  Hello We have just had our bathroom refitted. It was privilege and honour having Connolly s staff doing it again. All staff from Gary right down to Steve who collects all the rubbish were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. I must say that Jack the finisher goes above and beyond. He makes sure everything is ok before he leaves explain all what's happening. Please will you thank all of them. Thank you Keith and Linda Huggins

  Window fitters broke the kitchen sink and the worktop. Did a make safe, no dust sheets and hidden underneath the mess was an ox heavy duty sheffield steel blade. Extremely dangerous health and safety issue. I have made a formal complaint. Only gave one star as i cannot give no stars as no option to do it..

  Oh dear... one of thier employees named Joanna has shared details that should be confidential.. I know about 4 or 5 tennents in the Bury area who's details shouldn't have been shared but have.. massive breach of confidentiality has been broken by this member of staff

  Connolly what a jokemake appointment then cancelled with flimsy excuses window frame arrived no glass in frame 2end time only got 1 fitter 3rd time roads slippy yet many other companies driving on Allerton rd with bigger vans let see what Monday brings probably another excuse

  I live in a block of flats and we are currently having all our windows replaced. I wasn't looking forward to the upheaval and mess but I needn't have worried! Mark and Kas came to replace mine and I told them my worries, especially about my very light grey carpet being marked. They reassured me that my flat would be left as they found it. Fuelled by the odd coffee and some light banter, they cracked on and had the job done in half the time that I expected. They tidied up after themselves and I was extremely pleased with the finished result. They were lovely hard working lads and I highly recommend them.
