  I purchased a shower tray from Hyde. Price at time of payment included delivery costs. A day later I received an email demanding another £20 for delivery. I telephoned Hyde and explained that I had already paid for delivery and legally we now had a contract that they should honour at their expense. The lady on the phone apologised and explained that this was a common issue with their company which is unacceptable. Do yourselves a big favour and use a different company for your products these guys are con artists!

  I’ve made a purchase from the website and used a payment via PayPal, unfortunately Hyde plumbing and heating don’t have access to the PayPal account from my side payment has gone to the PayPal, I’ve made a payment to their email address provided on the PayPal, however the don’t have access, my £1370 has stuck for 30 days with PayPal, I’m feeling flustered, this people in my opinion don’t deserve for a one star review, very unprofessional service.

  Well supplied plumbing shop and bathroom showroom with own fitters available. Very kind and knowledgeable staff helped me find solution to join weird plumbing stuff together

  Terrable service in the shop please employ people who acctually know a bit about plumbing the one I spoke to havent got a clue will not be back .

  We bought a whole bathroom from b and q however due to them sending bad quality or wrong parts I was in Hyde heating and plumbing around 3 times a day for over a week replacing things. They are very knowledgeable and happy to help I also found the prices to be very good and good quality stuff.
