4The electrical engineer that came out today was excellent.., he explain what he checking And explained everything that he would be doing , the person who came last Friday really didn’t do much as he kept saying it was my tariff which I found so frustrating as my thermostat wouldn’t let me switch on my heating but he kept being persisting it was my tariff but today I felt I was listened to and he got to the bottom of the issue “The Boiler”

5Neat Heat Scotland installed our new boiler back in November 25. In Kilsyth. First class service. Fast courteous and professional. We had no issues until today. Our own fault I may add. Called Jay and he sent out a heating engineer. Fixed our issue in 20 minutes at a very affordable price. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great company.

5Recently discovered a wiring issue with hot water system heating. I contacted Neat Heat as they were recommended to me by a work colleague. Had a fantastic experience from my initial phone call to their office to execution of the completed work. Paul arrived exactly as promised, he introduced himself and we went through the issues we had discovered. Paul took his time and went through a series of checks and kept me updated with his progress, very polite and professional. It was so satisfying to have a tradesperson who knew exactly what he was doing and worked out what I would class a very intricate issue to a very high standard. I would recommend highly and would not hesitate to contact Neat Heat in the future should I require their services. Paul, once again thank you.

5New boiler was dropped off in the morning & the 2 engineers came back in the afternoon as planned & installed then commissioned the boiler in about 3 hours the engineers were very informative & happy to explain or answer any queries I had about the boiler system . There was a small leak at the hot water pump when the boiler was up to temperature & when notified of this an engineer was sent out the next morning & fixed the leak in 5 mins. Boiler is working away fine house is roasting all relevant warranty & registration paperwork sent to me promptly so one happy customer thanks to the whole team, Cheers 🍻
