  Lost all power around 9pm on Saturday evening. Jude arrived within the hour, restored the power , quickly sourced the problem re the power cut and took the time to explain what had happened and what was needed to solve the problem. Kept us informed by Email re ordering parts, day/time coming back to complete the job. By Tuesday morning the job was completed. Jude and his team were friendly, polite, always took time to explain and answer questions. They were hardworking and left everywhere tidy and clean on completion of the job. We are delighted with the work they did and would definitely use them again in the future.

  Can’t thank Jude enough. He was quick to respond to my call out. I had no electricity at all. He assessed and kept me informed through the whole process.   Outstanding Service by Cambridge electricals – Heat Pump Installation I couldn’t be happier with the heat pump installation that Cambridge electricals completed for us. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.   I am delighted with the service I received from Jude. Main fuse before the meter had blown- something that shouldn’t happen-but it did. Jude turned up at time he had given, explained what needed doing and sorted everything quickly. Also checked all working in house. Will certainly be my first call if I need an electrician again. Thank you Jude.

  Jude and Michael did a stellar job with the significant task of replacing damaged main power cord in my flat. They were punctual, kind, and professional in their assessment of the situation. They left the site tidy and offered a reasonable quote for the fix.
