  We recently used Finbra Ltd to service our Air Source Heat Pump and were extremely impressed by the professionalism and quality of service throughout. The work was carried out effectively, efficiently, and to a very high standard, including all follow-up maintenance. Everything was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. The main plumbing engineer, Jake, was personable, highly professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable about Air Source Heat Pumps. His expertise and attention to detail inspired complete confidence from the outset. He was ably supported by Marcus, who also worked diligently and professionally throughout. We would also like to commend Rhian in the Finbra office, who coordinated the booking, follow-up, and invoicing process superbly. Her communication was excellent at every stage, and she was consistently helpful, organised, and professional. We are immensely grateful to the entire Finbra team for their outstanding service and have already arranged for them to carry out our regular annual servicing going forward.

  My experience with Finbra is very positive. They’ve installed a new boiler and more recently remodelled three bathrooms. Jake is extremely skilled , attentive to detail as well as helpful when it comes to design. Communication with Finbra is easy thanks to Rhian in the office. She is efficient and a great support keeping everything working smoothly between the team, suppliers and the client. I rate Finbra very highly.

  Jake removed an old partially built-in toilet cistern and associated boxing, reinstated a false wall to hide a new concealed cistern, tiled it, and topped it with a natural wood shelf. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to deal with, as was Rhian, who was our regular contact with the firm.

Alex did a great job and is equally professional, respectful and a pleasure to work with. He quickly solved the cause of longstanding annoying radiator noises not picked up by another company. And went the extra mile by choosing decorative pipework brackets to suit the property, knowing that small details were really appreciated.   Rhian at the office is very helpful and informative, good prompt service. And alex who did the service for the heat pump was the same. Very helpful with advice and anything you aren't sure about, just ask.

  An excellent company. They fitted a new ASHP system to our 400-year-old listed cottage — not an easy task. The team approached the job with can-do attitude, unlike some contractors that shied away from the challenges our unique property presented. The after-sales support has been friendly, responsive, and prompt, which is vital for this kind of work. Too many contractors will take your money and disappear, but with Finbra they’ve got your back after the installation too. Recommended.
