  S A energy installed our system 2 years ago and doubled the storage last year. We have had a problem with one of the Solar Edge inverters and Simon has been trying to sort out with the manufacturer. They have been slow since closing the UK support team, but he has battled on. He took the 3 hour drive down today and after much talking to the factory, replaced one inverter under warranty. Full system is up and running and all is right with the world.. Solaregde, i like your kit but your communication and installer support needs improvement. SA Energy, thank you for your efforts on our behalf and i hope you get home safely!!

  Hi Gary. It’s 19:38 and I’m finally back home. Well worth the trip to get this resolved. Absolute beast of a system now up and running.   We had 36 Panels Installed in 2022 as well as a GivEnergy Battery. All was well till we started getting problems with the Battery and Inverter. Simon was initially very responsive but since GivEnergy UK folded earlier this year,he is not responding to emails or calls. The same is true for both our neighbours.This is a young industry with unproven technology prone to faults. The high maintenance aspects of after installation care is clearly taking its toll. Disappointed. Our inverter is still not functioning properly.

  Excellent service at all stages. Dane who installed our EV charger was extremely efficient, neat, quick and helpful, and made sure we had all the info we need and knew he’d be available to help if we had any issues. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

  We are absolutely delighted with our new installation of our solar panels that were installed to the front and on the roof of our loft conversion, which we were informed by other companies that this couldn't be done.Right from the start SA energy and their team made it easy and were very informative from the start to finish.We can't recommend this company enough.10/10Thank you Simon and Amber.

  After my installation of an Air Source Heat Pump by Simon and his team I decided to install Solar and Battery. SA Energy uses the best products and the installation took just half a day with 11 solar panels and a two battery storage system. Simon set up the app and explained the operating system to me. He also assisted with the export Tariff and the 'connection completion' with SSEN. As a company they are recommended and the installation was completed professionally.

  System installed - August 25 Having had Solar on a previous property, I had already researched my favoured solution. My problem was finding the right company to give me the install I wanted. To say I’m fussy is an understatement, having been messed around by many. I came across SA who are based very close. When Simon came to survey, I knew I had found someone that wasn’t just selling. He took onboard my needs, especially around the install itself and shared his thoughts on how to optimise the solution. Simon, Dane and the roofing team did a fantastic install and although they came across some issues whilst installing, that extended their time on site. The quality of install was never compromised. Couldn’t recommend SA enough on their knowledge, competency and the other factor cost. Once I trust the Tesla with its machine learning, I hope that the costs can be recouped sooner than predicted.

  We contacted SA Energy at 9am and received a visit at 11am, Dane soon found the fault with our system and returned early afternoon with the parts and fitted them straight away. A brilliant service from a very friendly company and a very fair price. Thank you for a very professional service.

  After deciding to get solar and battery storage installed on my property I decided to do some research and after receiving a few quotes decided on getting it installed by Simon and his team. They were very reasonably priced with everything needed in the install with no hidden extras or small print unlike some of the bigger firms I received quotes from. I have not been disappointed as it’s been the easiest install with very good communication from the start, everything was installed to a high standard and routed in such a way you wouldn’t even know it was installed.

  The team fitted my Tesla Powerwall 3 very quickly and clean and tidy. Very knowledgeable chaps and I will be using them for Solar and other stuff. Just hurry up with my quote :). I would highly recommend these guys.

  Simon and team fitted solar and battery to my new build house. The whole team were excellent and made sure everything was working well and followed up when I had questions. The system performs really well and it looks like my electricity costs will be around zero over the whole year. I would highly recommend them.
