  It takes quite a lot to impress me these days but just had a new heat pump and water heater installed today. The whole Cinergi team worked quickly and professionally and in particular Max was outstanding. I would happily recommend Cinergi to anyone. Rob.

  Really impressed with Cinergi from start to finish. The survey and design process was thorough, the installation team were brilliant and did a fantastic job, and the after-sales support has been great. The system has been running perfectly and the data is already showing the benefits. Would highly recommend.

  Ours was a complicated installation. We had PV panels; a solar water heater; a 10kWhr storage battery; a ( redundant) Solar Boost system and a 70 year old house. The job was never going to be straightforward and other well known companies were very reluctant to take it on. Cinergi did so and the close management of the work was first rate, with new supervisory procedures being introduced company wide to address the issues that arose as the work proceeded.

  My old heat pump was replaced and moved to a different location. Adam and Josh were great, very polite, neat and tidy workers, they made sure everything was up and running and took care to cause the least disruption possible. Very pleased with them and the company and I felt the cost of the work was competitive.

  Cinergi recently installed an ASHP for my self build and the service has been excellent. Charlie did a great job installing and the standard of install is excellent. Price was competitive if not better than most and the whole team from quoting to installing have been supportive and I've been informed at every step. I would definitely recommend their services.

  Cinergi are with you for the journey! Cinergi installed a large solar, battery, gateway and EV charger system for us at the end of 2025. 36 x Aiko panels, SigenStor (2 x 10 BAT), Sigenergy Gateway and Sigenergy EVAC wall box. They are a professional outfit, but with a distinctly family feel providing warm engagement throughout. They were the fastest to respond after initial contact, and the first to release a quote. They worked with us to design the system that we wanted and was right for us - where it seemed some others tried to sell us the system they wanted to sell. They had endless patience while we explored different variations of system size, product types, installation locations etc, re-quoting each time without fuss. Come the installation, the guys were friendly, courteous, clean and hardworking - despite what the weather through at them. The results are outstanding. Cinergi’s post-installation support has been excellent, with on-site follow-up inspections, snagging items and answering our questions. With great service, friendly nature, competitive prices, quality installation and after care, Cinergi are with you all the way for your journey. Huge thanks to Shannon, James, Kate, Danielle, Alex, Louie, Josh, Jack and Ben who have all played their part in our journey.

  Really happy with our solar panel system installed very promptly by Jack and Alex who were friendly and efficient. We received a lot of useful info and advice from everyone we dealt with at the company including Adam and James. Also we had great communication throughout from Shannon, Kate and Danielle in the office. Would definitely recommend using them if you are wanting to go down a different energy route.

  Cinergi recently replaced my air source heat pump and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Right from the start, Megan and Katie were fantastic – they clearly explained the proposal and costs, making everything easy to understand. Elliott then came out to carry out the heat loss calculations, which gave me real confidence in the system being right for my home. The installation team were brilliant. Adam and Tommy did an excellent job with the plumbing, and Lewis completed all the electrics to a very high standard. Adam even went the extra mile by extending the original concrete base for the unit – nothing was too much trouble. My house is now warm and cosy, and even my dog loved them all – he got so excited every time they arrived! Thank you again to the whole Cinergi team – absolutely fabulous service. I’m very, very happy.

  Fantastic service for the survey, design and installation of our solar panels and batteries by a great group of people. Cinergi HQ (including Jamie, Kate and Danielle) were incredibly helpful, organised, professional and flexible. The installation team of Jack, Ben, Alex and Louie were a pleasure to have in the house and were really fast and effective. Thanks to all. Part 2 of review as the ASHP and heating system has been installed. Once again, Cinergi has surpassed my expectations....the new system is well designed (to match the insulation and design of the house), efficient and finished with a real eye on the detail. Huge thanks to Lewis and Charlie for the installation and James and Ian for the design and support. An ongoing, unreserved, strong recommendation for Cinergi.

  Cinergi replaced our oil boiler with a Vaillant heat pump during February, from my initial visit to their showroom through to commissioning of the system 3 weeks ago I have nothing but praise for the team at Cinergi. Everyone I interacted with at Cinergi has been of the highest calible, but what I valued most was their flexiblity and pragmatism to install a heatpump that worked for me and my needs. If I could give them 6 stars I would , thankyou Cinergi !

Every home is different and getting the design and installation right is ultimately what determines how well a heat pump performs.
