  As has been the case for the last couple of years, the annual service of our boiler was carried out by Adam in his usual efficient and thorough way. The system was fully drained and refilled, worn filters replaced and every thing was left spic and span. Obviously - we shall be continuing to avail ourselves of the excellent service we get from RDS Heating and Renewables.

  I have had an Air Source Heat Pump for three years and last Thursday it stopped working. I emailed RDS plumbing and received a reply that they would be with us the next day Friday. James arrived and he was very pleasant and efficient and found the problem was an electric operated flap valve which changed the system from house heating to water heating and had jammed in the water heating position. James had a unit with him and fitted it and finished up clearing up and gathered all his tools together and I could feel the heating system was working again. all together it was a clean responsibility and efficient professional job that I was very pleased with.
