5I must congratulate you on having such lovely people working for you: they were cheerful, pleasant, considerate and hard-working. The work was neat, professional and well executed. If anyone is considering installing an air-source heat pump, I recommend that you contact Guscott Heating. And a special word or two for Kayleigh, in the office, who came to our rescue and cheered us up when other companies had failed us! Well done!

5This team do absolutely everything right, from the initial enquiry and all the way through to completion. Kayleigh is super helpful arranging appointments, you get appointment reminder texts and emails, and both times we have had our boiler serviced or other bits done, engineers have always been courteous, friendly, and super helpful. And a blimmin good price as well. We're so chuffed we found them and we will continue to use them and tell our friends. Oh, and their catchment area is usually bigger than Medway, so always give them a try. Many thanks A+++

5When I called Guscott Heating Services on a Monday, I was anticipating a long wait for a time slot to save me from a broken-down boiler as I wouldn’t be deemed as “vulnerable”. The business has engineers across the county of Kent, not just Medway where they are based, which meant two local engineers were available Friday - what a relief! Joshua and Elliott were delightful when removing my old boiler and replacing it with a new boiler with a 10-year warranty. They worked well as a team and stayed until 17:30 on a Friday evening to ensure I had hot water and heating. Elliott returned the following week to update some pipe work and review the weekends usage to make customised adjustments to improve the efficiency of the boiler. The product is brilliant, the price super competitive, the service impeccable. I highly recommend Guscott Heating Services to you, wherever you are located in Kent.

2I only had a gas check, that was ok I thought, but the boiler is very noisy since and though I have asked them to come and deal with the noise any time. They didn't refuse, but didn't come to sort the problrm! I would not recommend them, the attitude is very wrong! Unless somebody enjoys a free early wakeup every morning together with the boiler!

5I cannot recommend Harland Guscott of Guscott Heating Services Ltd highly enough. Just before Christmas my boiler stopped working in my tenanted property. It was condemned by British Gas, leaving me in a very stressful situation. Harland was incredibly responsive and, after (understandably!) gasping at the age of my boiler, he was able to provide two clear quotes simply from photos of the boiler and its fittings. As soon as I accepted the quote, everything moved at an impressive pace. Within just three days of my initial call, engineers were on site fitting a brand-new boiler. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional level of organisation and communication throughout the process. His office management system kept me constantly updated with the installation date, engineer details, payments made, and automatic invoicing, which made everything completely stress-free. The aftercare was outstanding, with warranty information sent through almost instantly after installation. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and reassuring. I am genuinely super impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Harland and the team at Guscott Heating to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service — especially when time is critical.

5We have used Guscott Heating Services for a number of years for annual servicing of the central heating boiler and for improvements or repairs to the system when necessary. They have always been very professional, friendly and reliable ensuring that any job is completed to our satisfaction. The engineers have kept us informed and offered a range of solutions when that is possible. We have no hesitation in recommending them
