  Very disappointed with my experience. One of the company’s workers took my ring camera screwdriver by mistake, and despite repeatedly contacting the company since 27 April, I have still not had it returned. I have also not received the screws that were removed during the work. The company has read my messages but has not responded or provided any update. As a result, my Ring camera cannot be properly secured. I would have appreciated a simple response and a prompt resolution, but after more than a month of trying to resolve this matter, I am still waiting.

  Our water tank flooded the plant room and SMS were here within the hour to repair the leak and sort everything out. We've also had countless problems with our heating and they have always sent someone quickly to get our school warm again. Very impressed with their reliability and commitment to fixing any issues quickly.

  I work in the education sector as a facilities manager, SMS have providing servicing and maintenance for over 13 years at 3 schools I have managed, there engineers are always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The office are always very helpful answering any queries or issues and also arrange engineers to come to you in the event of any emergency's, response time and communication is also very good. Paperwork is another strength of SMS, all service paperwork is with you shortly after a service with full risk assessments and job notes and recommendations, quotes for any remedial are sent out and they are very fileable to work round your need regarding time frames. SMS manage the annual servicing of our boilers, control systems, air conditioning units and waste chamber pumps. They are also our first point of call for any plumbing issues we may have around the site no matter how big the issue is they are always able to help and give advice. I would highly recommend SMS to any company.
