  Jason did a fab job of replacing the toilet, cabinet and tiles in the cloakroom. Professional, tidy, excellent work. Would definitely recommend.

  Jason has been absolutely brilliant throughout my bathroom project. From the start, he was reliable, communicative, and really took pride in his work. He talked me through options clearly and made sure everything was done to a high standard. What really stood out was how tidy and respectful he was in the flat, and how he handled any unexpected issues calmly and professionally. The finish on the bathroom is excellent. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of what he does. I’ll definitely be using him again for future work.

  Great service. Asked the key questions then honestly said best way forward was to check with manufacturer of shower unit and warranty. Gave great advice on what the problem was and manufacturer fixed the problem. He didn’t get paid but will definitely use in future. Not too many plumbers like that! Thank you.

  I called Jason out to what I thought was going to be a minor repair, he came out straight away, found the cause of something a bit more than expected. Jason was reassuring, gave good advice and in a short space of time resolved the problem. He made an excellent job of getting my bathroom back to a fit state again, keeping me informed of what he found and the work that would be needed. He dealt with everything including sourcing new tiles that would be in keeping with those I already had. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough, he kept the costs as reasonable as possible too - couldn't ask for more.

  We have used Jason for a few minor repairs in the past. On this occasion it was a replacement toilet in our primary school. Jason quoted quickly and worked around school closure times to complete the works. Area left neat and tidy and ready to use by the children. No hesitation in recommending and using again.
