  I asked Save Engergy to supply a quote it fit primarily batteries and possibly panels on 21/3/2026 16:30 hours; however I was asked if i could see them earlier. Which i obliged.. and I think I now know why. I was asked what I had in mind , if I had other quotes and from who which would did, with in seconds Tim the salesman was showing me the company that I was quoted on YouGov website and proceeded to slag them off. Saying they have been around long. Within 10 minutes of Tim (A family run business at Save Energy ) Walking in my home, I kick him out. I didn’t like his demeanour. Concentrate on selling your own products, not everyone else’s. Another 10 minutes passed and received a call from Tim again asking if I wanted quote for different battery manufacturers, which we had discussed. By this point Tim didn’t understand that, one I kicked him out because of his attitude, Two I wasn’t prepared to tell him how much I was willing to spend, and look down at me because of this. I’m not saying any work would not be satisfactory, but learn your craft and stop looking down your nose. This is why I’m not spend £20 k with you.

Tim asked if the appointment could be brought forward due to a fully booked diary, in order to ensure all customers could be accommodated. We appreciate your flexibility in agreeing to this. During the visit, Tim discussed your requirements and any existing quotations to provide an accurate comparison. He also clarified information around battery warranties and product specifications, as we understood there had been some conflicting information provided elsewhere, and we wanted to ensure you had correct details to make an informed decision. You requested a Tesla battery quotation, which was provided. When it was mentioned that this was outside your preferred budget, Tim asked what level you were looking to spend so we could offer suitable alternative solutions within your budget and still demonstrate potential savings. We also followed up afterwards to provide further options and pricing for consideration. We’re sorry to hear you were left feeling this way, as our aim is always to provide a helpful, transparent and positive experience for every customer, as reflected in the feedback from many of our other customers.   Joe did a great job installing the batteries and inverter - very informative and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He explained how to use the app and get the most out of the system. The roofing team also did a great job installing the panels - very polite and switched on. Would highly recommend.

  We have been customers of Save Energy UK since 2011 (15 years) when they installed our solar panel system. We had a problem within the first year of that installation with a faulty inverter, but that was sorted quickly, efficiently and promptly. Fast forward to 2025, and we decided to purchase our first EV. Our first and only port of call for an EV charger was Save Energy UK who installed a MyEnergi Zappi. It was a relatively straightforward installation but they took the time to understand where I wanted it positioned, and how the cables needed to run. During the installation, I mentioned that we were considering battery storage, so without prompting, they installed an additional consumer unit to allow for this in the future if we went ahead. A couple of months later, we decided to make that jump to battery storage, so back to Save Energy UK, and again they took the time to listen to where and how the system needed to go in our garage, and the cable run. They handled all of the necessary compliance paperwork for the installation as well. Installation was again perfect. Early 2026, we decided to add a third battery to our setup, but when looking into this, we identified a minor issue with the previous installation, which again was resolved promptly and efficiently. My overall experience and summary of Save Energy UK are that they are an experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful company, always willing to help and give advice, and when there is a problem, they are there to get it resolved – no dramas. Based on my experience, I’ve no hesitation in recommending Save Energy.

  We booked in an initial appointment with save energy UK after they were in our area doing some promotion. We were incredibly impressed with them from the very first point of contact. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful both at the beginning of the process and once carrying out the installation at our home. They took time to explain everything to us and were really careful taking pride in their work. We had our solar installed in December and so far we are really happy with the results we are getting from it.
