  You need to have a word with one of your drivers. He nearly caused an accident with his erratic driving. People are lucky not to have been hurt on the M1 at 11:30 AM on May 29, 2026. The license plate is WF24 NFC.

  I used Carbon3 to install upon my domestic property in December 2022 and the Solar PV system has transformed my utility bills. In fact, my export so far this year has exceeded my grid usage. The Smart Export Guarantee has paid for my electricity bill and more than 3/4 of my total gas consumption this year. I would highly recommend using Carbon3 as a provider of low carbon technologies. I found their service levels first class and particularly found their EV team both very knowledgeable and helpful with their advice.

  Don't waste your time with this people. Installed 5 electric car chargers outside our block of flats and all 5 are out of order for months, they are aware of the problems yet no one fixes anything. In fact they even stopped responding to the emails. Absolutely disgraceful company. AVOID like a plague! Update October 2023: Another 3 months have passed and all 5 charges still broken. Carbon3 reached out to me to remove my review as it may be detrimental to their business, yet had no time to fix the chargers. BAD is an understatement. Not only I will NOT remove this review, I will keep updating this review as long as it is needed to get it fixed. Update November 2023: All chargers still broken. Update December 2023: One charger works occasionally Update January 2024: Still no change, 4 chargers out of order, one charger works intermittently. Update February 2024: No change, chargers still broken 👎 Update March 2024: No change, chargers still broken 😒 Update April 2024 All chargers still broken Update May 2024 All charger still broken, what a joke of a company Update June 2024 Chargers broken, no change. Safe to say it's a company to AVOID! I'm tired of updating this review as we are getting nowhere, save yourself a headache and look elsewhere...

  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry your experience with our chargers has not been ideal, and we understand your frustration. We have done our best to resolve this situation with our client. Unfortunately, while we did install and manage the charging network, we are not able to repair without authorisation. We will continue to contact the charge point owner and hope to rectify the situation as soon as we are given an opportunity to.
