  Every time I have used Nottingham Gas Services they always provide an excellent service and are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to explain what is happening. The most recent time we had an issue with the boiler whilst replacing some radiators. I believed the system had sludge in it and that there may have been a problem with the diverter valve. Upon arrival they identified the problem quickly and fitted a diverter valve. They also looked at the sludge and advised that it wasn’t needed, which I thought was very honest as I would have willingly had it. Throughout all of this, our fitter explained the detail of what was happening (or not happening), and general detail of the boiler. This gave me a huge amount of confidence that it’s the right fix and that it will last. 100% would recommend and aside from the annual service they do, I would definitely use them if we need other boiler / heating related things.

  Nottingham Gas Services have done an amazing job today. Peter arrived within the specified time slot we were allocated and sorted out the leak from our hot water tank. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Peter!

  Just marking a full year of a trouble-free year since the installation of a new Weissman boiler by Nottingham Gas. Over the 2 Victorian properties I own this has been a first in 25 years. Whatever the age of the boiler & the work done on the pipes, previous boilers have always lost pressure within months and led to unhappy tenants. The Weissman has been a revelation, and it is not significantly more expensive than other brands.

  First time we have used these but the standard of customer service and on this occasion the plumber was really good/will use again layer this year for our thermal panel service and if as good will give 5 stars.

  Outstanding customer and technical service from Nottingham Gas Services. My boiler broke leaving me and my clinically vulnerable wife without any heating or hot water. Steve and his team were fantastic arranging a site visit to me the morning I called. A new boiler was installed. .The last one was over 16years old with no service history . I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent work and outstanding customer service. THANK YOU!

  Old Wiesmann Boiler removed and replaced with New Wiessmann. Excellent work from start to finish. Contacted Nottm Gas after seeking recommendation from the Viessman Company of local companies to Chilwell, Nottm. Initally spoke with a family member who arranged a visit from one of the Gas Engineers. The work was then carried out, the Engineer, arrived promptly and with no Fuss, immediately started on the removal of the old Unit. A very professional job, with the New Unit being fitted. All the work carried out on the same day. And tidied up before departing, having been instructed how the system worked and how to activate the settings. Not a lot more to say but feeling confident about the next Winter period.
