  The installation of our home battery system was outstanding. The engineers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything neat and organised throughout. Since the installation, the battery has been performing flawlessly. Chloe was excellent in sorting out any questions which we had. We’ve seen a clear improvement in how we manage our electricity, especially during peak hours. The system runs quietly, and the monitoring app is easy to use. Overall, the quality of workmanship and customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a home battery installation.”

  I found Boxerg good to deal with in the sales process but the post install support has been really poor. So much so that I couldn’t possibly warn you enough to think carefully before trusting them with your money. They don’t return calls, they eventually send engineers who don’t fix things and don’t ever come back nd their support service is both difficult to engage with and incredibly slow. I’ve currently been waiting weeks and weeks with no working heat pump for a repair.

  The 4th service since the installation of our Valliant Heatpump system and the 1st using Boxergy. By some margin the most comprehensive service so far. Technician gave the external heatpump a deep clean in addition to a full check of all components and controls. Technician was punctual, professional and polite. Explained what was involved in his approach to servicing. Checked all settings and made efficiency adjustments where required. We have struggled to find a reliable and consistent servicing provider and pleased we found Boxergy. Very highly recommended.

  Just had our first annual service from Boxergy. Adam was prompt and friendly- all sorted. Very happy with the air source heat pump.

  First Hybrid heat pump and gas boiler service from Boxergy today. Adam was very polite and efficient and also explained more about how run the system in the most economical way which was great.
