  Wiltshire Energy installed a midea heat pump system 2 weeks ago from the first phone call to the completion of the install the service has been excellent the team worked really hard and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Wiltshire Energy as its been an absolute pleasure to work with a company that actually care about there customers 10/10

  Just had a heat pump installed by the team at Wiltshire Energy. The whole process has been great, and the team have been very responsive and accomodating with our need to have the work done in two parts (we're also installing UFH at the same time, and had to get the flow and return installed a couple of weeks ahead of the rest of the work). Lovely team doing the install too and very professional. Had a few issues post install with the pump throwing faults, but the team were quick to sort them out.

  I had a whole heating system and heat pump installed by Wiltshire Energy. I cannot recommend them highly enough, my installers Kairt and Ash were excellent. It was great value and the system was installed almost as soon as I was ready.

  I was very pleased to discover Wiltshire Energy, a local firm that specializes in renewable energy heating systems, in my case an air-source heat pump, because I prefer to use a local firm for servicing and repairs. My service was carried out thoroughly by someone who clearly knew how to maximize the system's performance (it hadn't been set up properly, and the Wiltshire Energy representative made sure it was, to optimize performance, in addition to carrying out the service). In my experience, Wiltshire Energy is also easy to deal with and very efficient, and their staff are friendly and courteous.

  Barney and his team at Wiltshire Energy have sorted several problems with our air source heat pump and our hot water system, that have been puzzling everyone for several years since we moved into this new build house. They are great at explaining how it all works, and getting to the bottom of tricky problems. Brilliant service.
