  Darren came last week to change my kitchen taps. He was very professional and efficient,nothing was too much of a problem, and very pleasant at the same time. I highly recommend PBT Installations.   We had a slow leak in our toilet. The flush is behind a wall and difficult to access. Once the source of the leak was located, I was told it was necessary to make a hole in the wall to access it properly to be fixed. The whole process of making the hole, fixing the leak and then repairing the wall again was done very skilfully and I am very happy. This company is very professional and courteous.

  Excellent and honest service! It's so hard today to find trustworthy businesses who aren't trying to rip you off. I 100% recommend PBT and will be going back to them for any future heating needs. Great work guys

  PBT Installations recently repaired my faulty toilet cistern. As usual the job was completed with the minimum of fuss and to their trademark high standards of care, courtesy and proficiency. Have used the services of Pete and his team on several occasions in the past - they also always carry out the annual service on my boiler - and will continue to do so in the future. A reliable, responsive and thoroughly professional business, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

  Well, what can I say. I wish I knew about these guys earlier. From start to finish it was pleasure to deal with them. Great communication when arranging the job. The guys who came to do annual service of the boiler were very friendly and professional. Will be happy to use them for future work when needed and I highly recommend this company.
