  5/5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I cannot recommend Fresh Solar highly enough. From my very first contact right through to post-commissioning, the communication from the entire team was crystal clear. Sydney was an absolute standout throughout the whole process. During contract negotiations, I had lots of questions, multiple changes, and various requests. Sydney was incredibly prompt with her responses and everything was delivered exactly as discussed. Even when a query fell outside her department, she took ownership of it anyway; every single time I called her, she managed to resolve it positively. She is a credit to the company! On the technical side, Dan managed my G99 application seamlessly. We had a slight hiccup on the installation day, but Dan resolved it promptly and entirely to my satisfaction. To top it off, during the post-commissioning notification to the DNO, Dan went above and beyond by requesting my export MPAN for me. This was totally unexpected and saved me a huge amount of time when registering for export with my energy supplier. Josh and the installation team were also top-tier. They were incredibly respectful of my property, took the time to discuss the installation plan in detail, and answered all my questions. They made sure I was completely happy with everything - from the cable routing to the exact location of the inverter and battery and explained the system settings once the job was done. It has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely be having Fresh Solar return to install my second battery in the future!

  We had our Solar Panels installed on the 13th April. We were told during the initial meeting by Doug that the Battery and Inverter could be housed in a certain location, however upon installation we were told this couldn’t happen due to the weight. After some discussion we decided on a new location and the work began. After everything was installed and working we were told the Scaffolding would be removed in 2 weeks. Fast forward 6 weeks later and after countless phone calls the scaffolding that was erected by SJJ Scaffolding (Leeds) was still up. I tried multiple times to contact Fresh Electrical Solar and Shaun at SJJ Scaffolding to no avail. Finally on Tuesday 26th May our scaffolding was removed, but only after I said I will write a formal ‘Notice to Collect’ and if the scaffolding wasn’t removed by COP on the 14th day I would deem the equipment as abandoned and it would be sold. I am perplexed as to why Fresh Electrical Solar would subcontract out work to a company who are based 4 hours away. Since the scaffolding has come down the communication with Fresh Electrical Solar has become better and we have now received all the certification we need. I cannot fault the actual equipment though. The Fox ESS Inverter and Battery are great and we are already seeing an improvement to our energy bill. It’s a shame that this whole process has not been smooth at all and I have had to do a lot of unnecessary chasing. I would hope that Fresh Electrical Solar would look into improving their Customer Service because not being able to speak to someone on the phone is extremely frustrating. Yes they do eventually respond to emails but talking to an actual human is sometimes better.

  Had our Fresh Solar system for a couple of months now. Really pleased with the whole process. The only delay was scaffolding coming down by 3 days due to high winds ( was only up for 2 weeks). Fox kit seems to be just the job, and the Eurener panels also seem to be producing really well. Very pleased. Would recommend

  Matt came to my door asking if I was interested in solar said I might be and he said someone would be in contact the following evening as I explained I was working. While at work I received 6 missed phone calls from them. The desperation is apparent. I have a young family and was worried something was wrong then when able to check the calls realised it was them. Definitely wouldn’t be using them anytime soon for solar

  Installation completed yesterday. The whole process from meeting with Leo on 21st March to yesterday's installation 10th April, was so very smooth and professional. Can not say more than we would recommend them to others.

  We chose Fresh Electrical Solutions in 2022, as first time buyers. We wanted to install a system that would cover the needs of our home. From the very beginning, Leo recommended good quality kit, and guided us through the purchasing process. The installation went on time and without any problems. But what really pleasantly surprised us was the after-care. Dan Knowles helped us whenever we had a problem, or a question (we are not specialists). Recently, one of the batteries stopped working; Fresh Electrical Solutions engineers contacted GivEnergy and found a way to solve the problem. Although they had to visit us three times, 90 miles away from their headquarters, they came in a timely manner and helped us. I wish more companies had the ethics and commitment of this company. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

  I’ve been so pleased we went with Fresh Solar. Initially it was the longer warranties and the way Steve answered my questions, that made me go with Fresh Solar. As I moved through the process I realised what a professional team I had chosen. The fitters Tom and Tom, and Electrical Engineer Craig arrived promptly in Fresh Solar vans each day and got straight to work after taking me through the plan and cable routing options. The job they did was just perfect and the result was really tidy and looks great. Even though I asked lots of questions they patiently took me through the answers with detailed explanations. From the admin side Kelsey, was totally on the case, even answering my emails and submitting my DNO application on a Saturday. As a result my DNO was approved less than week after commissioning. Amazing! . Thank you so much Kelsey and the whole Fresh Solar team. I could not recommend you guys enough.

  Really impressed with Fresh Electrical Solar right from the outset and the information provided by Ravi in the sales team through to the installation and after sales support provided by Dan. 14 panels a Fox inverter and 10kw battery fitted. Excellent service..would highly recommend

  I wrote the below review about my experience with Fresh on 17/11/25, but most of their reviews seem to have been deleted since: Fresh Electrical installed my solar panels in July. There are no issues with the panels, however, scaffolding was left outside of my house for over 7 weeks. The contract stated that it was only supposed to be up for up to 2 weeks. During this time, random people off the street continually used the scaffolding as a climbing frame, climbing up onto the roof of my house. I told Fresh Electrical about this several times, and each of those times, they lied by saying that somebody was going to come and collect the scaffolding (nobody showed up on any of the occasions that they claimed). I tried to reach their 'Complaints manager' multiple times, however he was never available, and never called me back (if he even exists) Avoid the stress and go with another installer. I have no doubt they'll reply to this review trying to point out that they subcontract their scaffolding. However, their chosen contractors ultimately left me to endure the stress of random people climbing onto my roof Additionally, I received an email after my installation offering a £10 Amazon voucher if I left a positive Trustpilot review. Subsequently, you can't trust the reviews that you read about this company

We did not delete anything unfortunately google messed up and delated hundreds of our 5 star reviews and a handful of negative we obtained.
