  I cannot recommend James at JPS Plumbing and Heating highly enough. We had a leak over a bank holiday and James came to the rescue and fixed it all for us. A great job from a very nice guy. I will definitely use him again and so should you - quality ! Thanks James - much appreciated.

  I got home last night to find my boiler had shut down & the place was freezing. I called JPS Plumbing & Heating Solutions and they fixed the problem in 5 mins. I would highly recommend them for both a friendly & professional service. Norfolk based & very good at what they do.

  Having used James (JPS) on more than one occasion now for plumbing and heating issues at my home, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him to others. He has always gone out of his way to ensure he got to me quickly, always takes the time to explain the issue at hand so I had an understanding of what needed to be done. After years of suffering with a problematic heating system from a poor original installation, multiple misdiagnosis from other trades and money down the drain, he diagnosed correctly first time and resolved the issue promptly! The area was left clean and tidy after he finished and his rates were very reasonable for the work involved. You can't put a price on someone who knows what they're doing! For the first time in a very long time I have a very warm home, thanks to James!

  I recently had a plumbing issue that needed attention and I contacted James. James attended in good time and resolved the issue. His expertise really does show that he knows what he’s doing. I would definitely recommend anyone to use James, and will definitely be using him for any other issues!
