    Lewis came today on an emergency call out as our boiler had stopped working after sounding as though it had been replaced by a jumbo jet engine. Absolutely fantastic service - he went above & beyond to get it repaired & working again which was not a quick or easy job. Really friendly, helpful, clean & professional throughout, ensuring everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommended!

    I’ve now had two installations with this company, and unfortunately the overall experience has been disappointing. While the installation itself was completed, there have been repeated issues throughout. On both occasions, the team arrived with equipment that was damaged or not functioning properly, which immediately raised concerns about quality control. Communication has also been poor. I raised several concerns directly with the company via email, including staff conduct and damage to my property, and did not receive any acknowledgment or response. A lack of basic follow-up or apology is not what you expect after raising legitimate issues. The conduct of some staff on-site was unprofessional. This included speaking to me in a dismissive manner when I explained health conditions, showing irritation over reasonable requests (such as using the front door to prevent dirt being tracked through the house), and generally coming across as uninterested in resolving concerns. There was also significant disruption caused during the work. A neighbour even felt the need to leave a note due to loud swearing and shouting from the workers, which reflects poorly on the company. In terms of property care, my flower beds were badly damaged, and my flooring has been left with permanent gouges, which appears to be due to a lack of basic protective measures. I am also currently dealing with a new issue involving a loud grinding/whirring noise coming from the electrical box, which has raised concerns about whether the system is functioning correctly. As a council tenant, I would expect the same standard of care as any other customer. Instead, the treatment I received felt noticeably poorer — which is particularly concerning given that many council tenants are vulnerable or disabled and deserve greater consideration, not less. The fact that the company is paid the same regardless of the customer makes the substandard level of service even more difficult to justify. Overall, I do not feel I was treated with the level of professionalism, care, or respect you would expect as any customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

    Be great if they turned up. Four times appointment been made everytime they don't turn up! Come on gasway sort it out!

    Gasway have been incredibly quick in sending out an engineer to my elderly mum. Her heating had broken down, we had a lovely chap called kevin , who was very thorough and explained every thing he was doing. He was so polite, and considerate towards being in mum's home. A total asset to gasway.

    Here we go again heating button switched off radiators red hot dont worry cause you don’t,that I’m being hammered by ovo £4300 as long as you have heating and hot water eh, why dont I turned the boiler off, because I’m not a Gasways engineer, oh well could come out in 5 days, or maybe 4, rang at 1 pm Friday 13th, what’s the point of out off hours, unless there all Gasways staff are in pubalready.

    Richard has done it again! This time fixing the leak in my boiler. Not only was he polite saying hello, he also asked how I was with a smile as if he meant it, agreeing to wear shoes coverings and didn't need mine as he had his own, taking them off and putting them back on again whenever he needed to leave and return to my property. He listened to what the problem was, investigated and got to work fixing it straight away. He even listened to me drone on with what was in the news, and I know he was as he answered questions! He left my property clean and tidy as he found it. Most importantly he didn't ask to use my toilet, asI hate that. It's a personal space after all. Thanks Richard, for being you!

    Not good waited all morning for engineer to come. between 8 and 1 and then no phone call no contact at all been waiting all that time and still not come sort my heating. Just left the message with him the tell them where is the engineer? Bad customer serviceit was bad enough now I have wait in a hole day for them 8 6 at night such a bad company to use. Shorty flagship to find someone better than her and local

    Not a good experience at all!. The engineer who arrived at my house on the 27/02/2026 - 11:30 ish, was very rude and impolite from the very beginning in phoning to confirm he was on his way to being very sharp and abrupt in answering general questions that I have. Very dissatisfied today the least. This is definitely a complaint which requires full investigation!!

    Thank you to Ash who turned up and put our towel rail up, Gasway should have sent him out the 1st time when it was booked in. Less then 2 hour job.
