  The most unprofessional installation ever seen!!! Wrong size radiators, holes in walls, leaking radiator and sent out electrician to fix leak. electrical wire conductors left exposed in proximity of children, wall filler tread into carpet! Too many too list. Highly do not recommend using there services

  DO NOT let this company have anything to do with a re roof. Directors do not take ownership of the work and do not reply to emails or return phone calls. Sub standard work by roofing contractors. Work completed end of July took till November to get Building Regulations Completion Certificate. End of November and the roof has started leaking so having to get a qualified roofer in to sort the problem. Offer from PHS ltd for their roofer to come and sort flashing around chimney but does not accept the other issues reported to them. Will not provide a guarantee which is standard for a new roof of at least 10years.. Threatened by Jamie Boggis (Director) to remove this post before they will come back. If they can not offer guarantee then what is the point? Separate contracts for the new roof and solar system were written by PHS Ltd and invoices for the new roof and solar system were paid to PHS Ltd yet they are denying any responsibility for the roof and trying to make us work directly with the roofer. Causing unbelievable stress for us thinking we had done the right thing for it to go like this. Wish we had never heard of PHS Ltd

  Wow! Called them a couple of years ago to get a quote for solar they booked 3 appointments and never turned up, now despite been asked 10+ times I still get phone calls almost every week trying to sell me an air source heat pump, clearly don’t comply with any kind of data protection laws as they should have deleted my details long ago! Terrible

  Had a very good price then they said they couldn’t fit to the tiles and price went up 50% when I looked at quote the battery they quoted did not have very good reviews so they changed the battery looking on line the battery price was £2300 they quoted £3300 when I pointed this out the revised quote came back with original battery I thing they are using cheap alternatives

  I've had panels, battery and inverter from Project Heating Solutions for a year now. From start to finish, the company has been easy to deal with, they did a tidy installation and the post installation support has been superb. Massive thanks to Michael in particular. I'm very pleased with the technology itself and it's reduced my bills significantly.

  just had steve round to do an annual service on our heat pump. shaahing guy, tajes oride in his job( even cleaned a polished yes polished the outside device). Explained some things we didn't know thank you too guy

  Steve Platts heating engineer arrived to do our Annual Heating Service, he was pleasant & friendly, explained everything & was thorough I advised we had water from under fan on patio so he sorted that out for me. This is 2nd time I have used Project Heating Solutions for my annual heating service £216. Provided prices don't inflate will use again

  They offer good sales, but the installation process is disappointing. After the installation, they left behind cigarette butts, food waste, and screws in my home. When I brought it up, they expected me to clean it up myself
