  Fantastic service, from initial survey and chat there was no pressure and the advice and recommendation was in depth. Scaffolders were quick and on time and on set up day again the guys were punctual, professional and polite throughout the day, can’t fault the service at all and look forward to optimising my solar system and reaping the benefits! My advice, cheapest is always best, and these guys are local to Norwich, thoroughly recommend 👍🏻

  Right from the very first contact, Impact Services exceeded all expectations. The quoting stage was brilliant—completely transparent, honest, and zero pressure, with a genuine focus on what actually suited our home and needs. Communication throughout the whole process was flawless, keeping us informed and reassured at every step. On the installation day itself, the crew was amazing. They arrived right on schedule, worked with total professionalism, and were incredibly neat and tidy. The entire team was friendly and personable, nothing was too much trouble for them. The system was up and running smoothly the same day. They made sure I was comfortable with the new system, app and how everything worked before they left, including options to contact their dedicated technical help desk if I had other questions. The quality of their workmanship was clear to see in everything they did, from the perfect panel placement to the incredibly tidy wiring. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Impact Services Ltd to anyone looking to install solar.

  Superb service from the installation team today. Arrived bang on time, extremely friendly and personable guys, very professional and have done a fantastic job installing the panels and battery. The battery installation is incredibly neat, with the cabling running up behind the down pipe so invisible from the garden. We’ve been hugely impressed with the whole experience and so would happily recommend Impact Services.

  If I could give 20 starts I would, if you are looking for a solar installation honestly impact are the company for you don’t look anywhere else. Callum did our survey and was brilliant there was no pressure like some other companies just great knowledge about all the options available, I can’t remember the names but both roofers and both electricians were superb and professional. Everybody I spoke to along the whole process from start to finish were extremely helpful, thank you to the whole impact team.

  Great service from a fantastic local company. Impact services have been a pleasure to deal with from the first email enquiry to the finished job of fitting our solar and battery. Everyone at the company seems to enjoy what they do and this really comes across when you speak with them. We were informed of every aspect of the installation ,what would be taking place and when. I was really impressed by the professionalism of all the guys involved who are a credit to your company and their generation. Also a shout out for Bunn scaffolding, another example of a fantastic local company.

  Terrible experience, a key accounts manager named Myah works for this company needs customer service. We wouldn't recommend this company and have refused them access to the property and let the landlord know.

We were asked to complete a mandatory safety inspection of a system on their council property, and they refused access. This matter is now in hand with the social housing provider. This post is part of a coordinated harassment campaign and the individual is using multiple profiles ('JB', 'Justin R', 'Just R', 'R'i-see the truth') to bypass Google’s spam tools. We have had these reviews deleted multiple times, but they are always re-posted the following day. We cannot continue to engage in this, and therefore we consider this matter closed.
