  We have used S H Electrical twice now for plumbing repairs. Both times the service has been excellent. The guys that came to us were polite, very helpful and pleasant. I like the way (after agreeing a day and time), they called us to say they had a plumber available now if we would like him to call. It was convenient for us so the job was done same day. The plumber even went into Carlisle to get a new tap to replace a broken one and came straight back to fit it. Great service, thank you

  Couldn’t be bothered to find the source of a problem from a system they installed, left me at 63 with no heat for three months over winter. Independent plumber came out and fixed the issue in half an hour as he engaged his brain which these lot obviously lack

  Called on a Sunday for leak under the sink area. Answered whatts app quickly and arrived Monday as stated. Quick to fix. I’m 62 and I can remember when good old fashioned no nonsense great service was the norm. This company has 5* service. Highly recommend !!

  Of absolute no use to me. Geezer came round, was in and out in two mins, couldnt be arsed to ascertain a potential pre consumer unit issue and dashed, telling me to "turn appliances off / on and isolate from there" (I already did this twice). You ring a leccy to fix the electric. If you cant be jeered, look at other career options. Simple stuff.

  I am always so impressed with SH Electricals, who seem to be able to deliver outstanding work on everything from electricals and gas to plumbing and joinery. I recommend you to everyone! Yesterday I had a plumbing emergency and one of your team arrived and worked through all the many difficulties that arose in the job with skill, determination, good humour and kindness. It was lovely to see the way other colleagues responded with support and advice when he phoned them to consult. What a great team! Thank you thank you thank you.

  I have used this company for a couple of jobs in the past and found them professional and reliable so when i needed a whole bathroom refurbishment i decided to go with them. I am so happy I did.. As with any big project there were a couple of issues which were quickly resolved for me. People arrived when I was told they would. The whole team I cannot fault them . They were lovely and professional from start to finish. Thrilled with my new bathroom
