  I had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed at my home by Eco Renewables Group. It was quite a complex job, as I wanted my existing batteries removed and a new Tesla system installed (including two expansion packs), along with integration for solar energy storage to charge electric vehicles. My long-term goal is to live sustainably without relying on grid power during the day. Despite a few hurdles during the installation, the director, Chris, kept me well informed throughout and worked hard to resolve any issues. Special thanks to Bailey, who completed all the electrical work last week, to a high standard. I’ve had a couple of issues with my Zappi charging point since the new power wall was installed but Chris has assured me that it’s an easy fix and that this will be addressed next week. There are no other firms in my area offering a true one-stop solution for solar, battery storage, and EV charging, so a big thank you to Chris and his team for travelling across country and getting everything sorted for us. The difference it has made to my energy bills in the first week alone has been nothing short of amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends.

  We used Eco Renewables for a large solar and battery install. Sales was good, the solar panel installers were good but it all went downhill with the electrician and after sales service. One of our Tesla batteries had the glass chipped and one of the switch covers damaged, the EV charger didn't have the LED lighting connected, and the wiring into the garage was left messy. One of our batteries didn't work - this was a Tesla fail but we had to chase and chase to get them back to replace it so was left with an unusable system for over a week. When the electrician came back they couldn't have been less bothered and seemed miffed to have to return. End result is we now have a working system which is great but would not use them again due to the above.

  Made such a confusing should I do this into an amazingly convenient experience, went for 11kw ish system with 2 battery’s karley at the office was always keeping me up to date and every time I had a question she responded within minutes to reassure me , on the day of install really professional and efficient , I love how it all looks and how they hid all the cables , I’ve had numerous people ask me about my set up I would always go be to eco

  Very good experience.. thorough survey; prompt install of solar panels and battery the same week. Really pleased with the work and professionalism of the installers. Completed in an afternoon. Happy customer - would recommend.

  A very professional installation at a very good price. Our system is performing as expected due to the time spent with Chris optimising number of panels and battery system. Chris was knowledgeable and willing to discuss options and answer all our questions without applying any pressure. Very happy and would recommended.
