  Had my first heat pump service yesterday with engineer Ashley. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he had done and corrected an error (flow and return sensors switched) by the installers (different company). He also amended the settings so the system runs more efficiently.

  We have been a customer for many years and have just had our Ground Source Heat Pump renewed after 17 years. Alto Energy specified, supplied and managed the installation of the new heat pump and the recycling of the old. At all times they were helpful, professional and friendly.

  Alto Energy are an extremely professional company. They make installing air source heat pumps very easy, taking away all the stressful side of the job. Alto Energy calculate the size of the heat pump and cylinder. They take care of all the MCS paperwork. Materials for the job are always delivered on time and their very knowledgeable support team always call you back when you're on site. I would not hesitate to recommend Alto Energy to any heating company looking to start installing heat pumps!

  My IVT ground source heat pump was desperately in need of a service and repair. Searching for a solution I was referred to Alto Energy who are authorised IVT agents. Concerned that my heat pump might be beyond reasonable repair they reassured me that it could be repaired and within days their servicing technician visited. He identified that the external sensor was faulty and replaced it, topped up the ground loop with antifreeze and the water system with rust inhibitor, replaced two or three out-of-spec components, and then set up all the parameters to sensible ones. He patiently talked me through everything. And now, the heat pump is quieter and fully effective. I am so pleased I discovered Alto Energy and the really helpful and knowlegeable technician who came to get things going well.

  I employed Alto’s services for a new build project requiring Air Source heat pump and under floor heating. I’d spoken to other companies but they didn’t fill me with confidence in terms of the calculations and recommendations, whereas Alto did. All through the process from design, installation, commissioning and claiming the grant the people I engaged with were very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

  I wanted to publicly express my gratitude to this company. I was lucky enough to qualify for a free air source heat pump, radiators. Water heater and ceiling insulated which was installed January 2025. I am not on benefits but I am a single income household. Before this system was installed I was spending £250 per month trying to heat just 1 room of my freezing cold house which had plug in electric storage heaters. I could never get the house above 11 degrees. I had a small water heater which was so old and inefficient I had to switch it on an hour before washing up or having a bath and only had about 2 inches of water before it ran out. After installation the engineers switched it all on and my house reached 20 degrees in every room with a constant supply of piping hot water. All the engineers were lovely people friendly and efficient, left no mess. Today I have had the system serviced again free of charge and again received nothing but a friendly helpful and professional service. The system has transformed my life, I have been cosy all winter with lovely deep relaxing baths. My bills have reduced to £88 per month as well. I am so happy and cannot thank you all enough. I recommend 100%

  Alto Energy provided a fantastic service from the first telephone contact to the completion of a complete Air Source Heating system. All my fears and enquiries were dealt with promptly and professionally at all times. All the surveyors and plumber engineers provided a very high standard of work throughout and I now have a really toasty home with no cold areas any longer.
