  Little Green Planet completed our Vaillant water tank and heat pump December 2024, so we are totally sorted for heating & hot water. We shall be using the Little Green Planet to fit solar panels and log burner further in the year. An amazing company, never knew any one in our area and by using the government website suggested companies to use for this, with a grant towards the replacing the old boiler. Totally reliable, trustworthy, friendly and compassionate about the environment, knowing exactly what we needed being complete novices. I would recommend this company totally, nothing was to much trouble, they go far beyond to make sure it’s safe, clean, working and always at the end of the phone if in doubt.   What a first class and totally professional experience. 10 out of 10 for Little Green Planet! I commissioned Jack Johnson director owner of Little Green Planet to help me choose a new heating system. My cottage urgently needed a new efficient heating system to replace a very poorly installed electric water immersion and underfloor hot water heating system which was so badly designed it was costing me an arm and a leg to run. In fact it was so expensive I daren’t use the old system. Plus it was very inefficient, providing little heat and being full of water leaks. After initial discussions, where I was provided with time to ask many questions and discuss various options available, I chose to purchase a new Vaillant air source pump heating system at my cottage. Jack carried out a full in-depth survey measuring each room to ensure that all rooms would be adequately heated and I was purchasing the correct system. I felt I was in very safe hands! Jack and his team are all so polite, very knowledgeable and showed full respect to myself and my property throughout the painless installation. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept my home clean and tidy without too much disruption to my daily routine. Jack helped with the government grant application and I was so pleased when the grant application was approved as this £7,500 was much needed to ensure I could afford the project. I was desperate to replace the old and failing system and I am so glad I chose Little Green Planet to handle the whole project. I can’t praise them highly enough!!

  We used Little Green Planet to service our 24kw wood burner. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and did a top notch job, plus gave us loads of useful advice on getting the most from our appliance and keeping it well maintained. We hope to be able to get them in to do a solar PV survey and installation later on in the year!

  In 2014 we turned to Little Green Planet for our turnkey heating system comprising a 24KW Biomass Boiler, controls, underfloor heating and log burners and we were not disappointed. The service we received was excellent throughout the consultation, design, install and commissioning process and nearly two years on, Jack and his team are still involved, monitoring our heating systems and helping to optimise their performance.
