  We have been absolutely delighted with both the services and solar installation system provided by Genfit. From our first enquiries right through to signing off the system, Genfit have provided a highly professional & knowledgeable service. In particular, the first site visit from Sales Surveyor, Lewis Mackay was extremely thorough & instilled immediate confidence in the company. He addressed our numerous questions, made some excellent suggestions about the installation & provided reliable support throughout. We are really pleased that we decided to install the solar panels and battery with Genfit and can recommend them highly.

  Smooth process from start to finish, time line to suit us, because of other works ongoing, and of course the weather lol. From the start, Lewis was extremely helpful, professional and obviously knew his stuff. He answered every question we had and then some. After being mucked around by another solar company (we nearly gave up), our scaffolder (DTS) said give Genfit a chance; wow what a totally different experience. Due to the DNO we didn't get all the panels we wanted, but did get the max we were allowed. Panel installers arrived nice and early and fitted all in a few days; clean, tidy and made sure all fitted properly, looks great. Electrical installation team, again, arrived nice and early. Josh and Luke the installers again very professional and helpful and happy to connect to my POE's to make my life easier. Luke was on his own on second day and finished the installation. He checked and rechecked the complete installation, changed a couple of things so he was 100% happy and was very meticulous. Commissioned the installation, tidied up and whent through the whole system with me. Luke is a credit to the company. Thank you for an easy enjoyable experience, and we shall certainly recommend you to others.

  Genfit have been absolutely fantastic. All of the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and spent time to explain every detail of the process, the benefits and how to use equipment afterwards. It couldn’t have been better managed. We required extra help with getting WiFi to the area and all of that was made possible too. Thank you Genfit, I highly recommend your company.

  Good install Feb 2024 and all good over two years later. Helpful afterwards when necessary. Reliable and knowledgeable: they have been around for quite a while.

  Moved house just over two months ago - a great place, but no Solar and no EV charger. Genfit quoted for a system including 12 panels, a battery, home backup and the EV charger. The EV charger was fitted a couple of weeks later and the remain part of the installation a few weeks after that. Scaffolding arrived on the planned date and the panels, inverter, battery and backup were all fitted in less than two days. A great team and everything was tidy after they left. The sun came out too.

  I have found the whole experience with Genfit to be outstanding. They were helpful and knowledgeable when preparing the options and quotes (where they never tried to oversell anything); the installation went smoothly and on time and the system has worked very well since installed. While the benefits of solar power obviously fluctuate with the weather, I have always felt that installing solar panels has been good value for money and a very worthwhile investment. Highly recommended!

  From design to installation the communication was excellent, the fitters were considerate and tidy, and the product has been running without issue for nearly 2 years now. Would recommend to family & friends.
