  GSM came out quite promptly and reviewed my ground pump issue, took weeks to order, supply, and install an expensive new part that failed to fix the problem. After extensive discussions about how to actually resolve the issue, they simply disappeared without a word, never heard from them again. Absolutely baffling and quite bizarre really. Eventually having realised they simply were not going to return my calls or come back to me, I had to call in a larger more professional company that can not only talk all the talk but follow through and walk the walk to resolve my issue … not sure where these guys went, are they still in business ?

  Thank you for your feedback, however, we must clarify that this review is both inaccurate and unfair. GSM Ltd did not carry out your installation. We were called to take a look at the system, despite it not being a product or manufacturer we work with. We explained this clearly during our visit and advised that we would be unable to assist further due to the poor quality of the original installation and our unfamiliarity with the equipment used. As a goodwill gesture, we provided contact details for another specialist contractor who might be better suited to assist with your issue. You were also given the direct email addresses for James our Design Manager — who has not received any further correspondence from you. He even emailed you when we first saw this poor review and have had no response! To then leave a damaging public review for a company who did not supply, install, or work on your system, despite our best efforts to assist you outside of our usual remit, is extremely disappointing and disingenuous. We remain a long-standing and reputable business, proud of our directly employed awesome engineers, our amazing customer reviews and MCS-accredited workmanship. We hope future readers will take this clarification into account or that Mr Guy may show some compassion and remove this unjust bad review.

  After being let down by another company, I contacted GSM for solar and battery storage installation at my home. From the outset, it was clear they were far superior. They responded quickly, conducted a site visit within days, and worked closely with me to find the most suitable and efficient solution. They handled all the paperwork, installed everything swiftly, and accommodated my schedule seamlessly. Every team member was polite, friendly, and a true credit to the company—special thanks to Richard and Allen. From start to finish, GSM has been outstanding, and we are now mostly off-grid.   The team at GSM were fantastic from start to finish. Allan took my initial enquiry for my Heat Pump issue and despite it not being a GSM install, was was very attentive. Cal the Heating Engineer did the initial survey and gave me an overview of the issue and a workable solution. James then attended to do the repair, 30 minutes and the heat pump was up and running. Great service, helpful team and a working heat pump = happy tenant/happy landlord.

  Short lead-in time, GSM does exactly as promised. Installation went really well with friendly and efficient installers. Excellent office back up if required to help with paperwork or how to get the best from quite a complex system.

  I recently had solar panels installed by GSM, and the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly.   I bought solar panels and batteries and the whole end to end experience was excellent. From survey to installation including promptly answering my queries, a great installation team who were polite and very helpful. I'm really pleased with the end product which was installed in a week.
