  ASHP install plus 7 radiators, called twice about problem with unit, no call back, plus booked a service guy never turned up, but Kyle at the office things its good service but there’s nothing he can do. So think before you use this company As for your reply saying the review is very unfair, and that it was only a minor issue twice, no heating or hot water over the winter isn’t a minor issue, and cancelling a service after waiting all afternoon, then for Kyle to tell a few lies,then say I’ve had great customer service I think you would be a wee bit rude yourself

  Sorry Grant but the review is very unfair to go and and edit a 5 star review of the install. "ASHP install plus 7 radiators, very happy with the work from start to finish" You originally had minor issue with your system that was manufacturer related. You left a message over the Christmas period when we were closed and admittedly this was missed at the time . We called you back and you had already had the issue resolved by manufacturer. Yesterday you had a service booked in for the afternoon but unfortunately our engineer had various problematic breakdowns to deal with that meant his day ran on much more than expected. We called you back to advise this and see if we could re-arrange but you hit this roof and were very rude to our service co-ordinator. These things sometimes happen and are out of our control. Sorry that you have felt the need to jump on and give a bad review. We have a lot of customers to deal with and always try our best to give a good service.

  OUTSTANDING SERVICE !! Called today at 11am and spoke with Scott on reception and told him of my problem and that I needed the car as soon as possible. Now 15.30 same day, job done at the quoted price and well within an acceptable timescale which was fantastic. Had I have been calling the local main agent I would have still been on the phone getting passed between booking desks and receptionists - DEFO RECOMMMEND AND WILL USE AGAIN. Thanks to the entire team!

  Jon from MB Services was called and attended same day to investigate an issue with our AGA. This was quickly identified as an oil contamination issue which ultimately required a replacement tank. Within 24 hours, Jon and Kyle were back on site and pulled out all stops to ensure that we were back up and running with oil filtered and tank replaced. And all done in a day with the minimum of fuss. Outstanding job from two very determined and hardworking guys! In fact, we were so impressed with the service received that we are now looking to use MB Services for future projects. Very highly recommended!

  Air source heat pump installed in December… Communication was very clear and friendly , installation was smooth and we have had low cost heating and hot water since, without any issues. Highly Recommended service … now thinking of asking them back for solar panel quote…
