  First time using this company and was very impressed. Jason was very helpful as I had to change appointments made due to my husband going into hospital and he rearranged the day and times. But happy my boiler service has been done and done right and booked in for my yearly check. I will certainly use the company again.

  Jason installed a replacement for our old boiler and radiators. He explained the process clearly and provided a detailed estimate of costs. He insulated the pipes in the loft and fitted a new shower. If you want a reliable heating engineer with a good eye for detail he is the person to call.

  I can’t rate Ecotec highly enough. I contacted Jason after we were left with an unsafe install from what I now know to be a dodgy company. Jason inspected the install advised on how to correct it and improve it, his advice and expertise were a joy to behold. Jason’s attention to detail is second to none, he talked us through all aspects of the new system right from the start. On handover he left his business card and even registered the equipment for extended warranty on our behalf's. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much Jason.   Can't recommend Jason enough. Electric boiler packed in on us. As it's a somewhat rare model, I went through a list of companies who said they couldn't help. I was starting to worry. Luckily found Ecotec and Jason said "give me a boiler and I'll fix it". Wasn't the most straightforward of repairs as there were a few separate issues and I was worried I'd be in for a full new boiler but true to his word he didn't stop til it was back working better than it ever did since we moved in. The gaff is toasty again and I know who I'll call in the future for any help with it!

  Jason came to ours to complete boiler service and sort our radiators. He went above and beyond, we were very impressed with the service and how thorough he was. He sorted out a couple of issues that we weren't aware of that a previous company didn't bother doing. We will definitely be using Ecotec again. Thank you so much Jason for all your help!
