  Orange Solar Systems installed our PV system back in 2011, it paid for itself several years ago. We love looking at the little monitor to see what we are generating. We recently had them back to add a battery, so we now save even more overnight. I was great to see that some of the original team still work for the company all these years later. Highly recommended.

  Having looked through the other reviews they couldn't be more different than my experience. I recently had Orange fit a home battery and gateway to complement an existing solar array. The system didn't work from day 1 and it was 4 weeks later before John or Alan could organise a visit to rectify, citing being too busy. At that point I had the installation removed and demanded a full refund. At no point did John or Alan call me to apologise or try to resolve other than making me feel like a nuisance when I chased them. Customer service was non- existent. Apparently new customers are the priority - not resolving a faulty install. Total clown show.

  Hi Kevin, We are truly sorry that you are frustrated at the service you have received. After you informed us that you thought there might be an issue with your system we asked the manufacturer to remotely look at the system the very next working day, and they suggested that it was a metering issue and a site visit would be needed to carry out a simple fix. We offered you the very next available engineers visit, which was 7 working days from your initial contact and 5 working days after the manufacturer had confirmed that a short return visit would be necessary. You felt this was far too long to wait and asked for the system to be removed and a full refund given, we were extremely surprised at your reaction, but we agreed and carried out your request without question.

  The team have just installed 77 panels on our workshop roof and did a fantastic job. The team were so friendly and the communication was great throughout. A pleasure to deal with.

  Orange Solar Systems supplied and installed a Sigenergy Solar and Battery system for me recently and they did an excellent job. The guys did were very tidy in their work and very efficient. The system is working flawlessly and is already saving me on my electricity bill. I did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of companies before choosing them. I highly recommend Orange Solar Systems, and their prices are very competitive.

  Matt and the team were very knowledgable when scoping and installing our system. The support even a couple of years after install was incredible. We had some issues caused by a third party and they were out the next day fixing it. Brilliant

  Orange Solar systems installed a large 52 panel system with 12kW inverter and 32kWh battery system at my home in April 2025. John was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable during the design process. He answered many questions about the system which helped guide us to the optimal brand of system that would suit our home automation requirements. The install was completed in 2 phases on 4 separate roof areas, included sloped tile, metal cladding and flat roof areas. The installers were excellent; Punctual, hard working, efficient, polite, tidy and skillful. They worked very collaboratively with myself in particular when it came to the various cable runs across the property. It was a large, complex install but it was all managed and executed flawlessly. The performance of the system has exceeded our expectations. Thank you. I would highly recommend Orange.

  After much research I selected Orange and was very glad that I did so. Matt did the original survey and was so professional and helpful that I had no problem in deciding to go forward with the installation. John program managed and together with Matt progressed the installation in a fast and efficient manner. Yes it costs money, but I have found the reward in much reduced electricity charges plus financial returns from my provider. I think that it has been one of the best things that I have done and have no regrets. Orange Solar are a credit and a company you can rely on.
