    I have serious concerns about the conduct of an employee called Dean Carroll. In my experience, his behaviour towards disabled people has been discriminatory, intimidating and completely unacceptable. A company working around vulnerable people should take this extremely seriously, because vulnerable tenants and customers deserve to feel safe, respected and protected in their own homes. I am asking Liberty to investigate this properly and explain what safeguards are in place when employees are dealing with disabled or vulnerable people.

    I have had to wait for them for eight times after taking time off work each time. The majority of the appointments have been canceled. The gas engineer arrived, looked at the issue, and informed us that we needed to reschedule the work. This has happened three times for the same job. As a result of our complaints about the previous engineer, they sent out another company today, which unfortunately also turned out to be a no-show. Your review expresses dissatisfaction with our service and requests contact with our support team to address a recurring issue. However, based on the details provided, it appears that steps to resolve the problem have not yet been taken.

    Disgusting service. Dad has been without hot water and heating for 2 weeks cannot get in contact with anyone. Ask call back no rings you back.

    Absolutely awful they make my housing look awful 3 years IV had a none safety front door none fire proof I'm in a block of flats when they new they messed up 2 people where sent out same day to take measurements I then get a message for my new door to wait in I then get a phone call for lock replacement saying nothing is on the system for a new door she then terminated the call coz I called them useless also waited 3 years for AA window handle lucky to get 1 star

    My vulnerable mother has had no consistent central hearing for 7 days. 5 of those with none at all. And almost impossible to get hold of anyone

    After 3 days trying to rearrange time of appointment on January 22nd, due to work commitments and being on hold for over 15 min each day I finally in despair messaged Liverpool who rearranged the time for AFTER 11.30. On the 22nd I had a missed call at 8.45 to say we called and you weren't in. NOT GOOD. Rearranged for last day of my holiday Feb BUT time quoted as all day. Now have a rather miserable, abrupt engineer here. Will recommend my landlord gets rid of Liberty as soon as possible as this isn't the 1st time I've had problems with them. I dread the annual service from this company.

    Absolutely disgusting service boiler has broken 11 times in 8 weeks and still not bothered to find the problem it cause. It has broken yet again and now on 3rd day with no heating or hot water, this is a shocking service and company even some of the engineers that have come out have even said the same thing about there own company... I have a little 3 year old boy who has little to no immune system and is classed as an emergency when it comes to heating it's just disgusting absolutely disgraceful if I could give 0 stars I would

    In my 70s reported a faulty central heating and hot water boiler to them a week ago. Still not fixed and have waited twice all day for an engineer to arrive. Sub zero temperatures at times. Have to chase for information. Managed to get an electric radiator for them after a few days. The boiler was supposed to have been checked by them a couple of months ago. Was told by one of their operatives, "they just go through the motions and that it is a waste of time". Very reassuring.!!!!.
