  After major serious issues with another firm over many months, Exmoor Heating agreed to take a look at the problems I continued to have. They sent James, the super sleuth who detected the (replaced as 'faulty'), circulation pump had been installed the wrong way up! He was amazing......very knowledgeable, keen and took ownership of someone else's shortcomings - with good humour too. It was not a problem to him- just a puzzle to unravel. He unravlled....... now the system is purring like a kitten, in fact, it hasn't worked this efficiently for many years. I am so grateful to James and the staff at Exmoor Heating. Thank you so much.

  First class service from this firm, got right to the heart of the issue on an albeit ageing Vailant gas boiler whereas a previous engineer from elsewhere had not, very impressed

  New boiler fitted today by Nathan and Jake. Excellent service and speedy fitting. Tidy, clean and sensitive to our business needs through the day. Would highly recommend 😊
