5We were really delighted with the work that R3 had completed on our water damaged bathroom. From arranging a quote to getting the work done, staff were very helpful and pleasant. The job itself was completed to a high standard and there was no mess afterwards. Unlike a lot of other companies they were very reliable and appeared when they said they would. I would recommend this Company and won't hesitate to use them again.

5I approached R3 to resolve a plumbing problem at my elderly mother's property. They turned up when promised, initially on a Bank Holiday, kept me informed, charged a reasonable price, and resolved the problem promptly. In addition my mother commented on how pleasant she found the plumber. Would use again.

1I engaged R3 to repair my bathroom floor following a water leak. I'm sorry to say that the overall experience was very poor. Planning of the project was awful - a 3 day job finally took 8 days to complete. Twice I had to get R3 back to repair further water leaks caused by their plumbers - once was over a weekend and they wanted to charge me a call out rate even though it was their fault ! The shambles continued was when they tried to charge me more than the original quote. When I complained, they sent a new invoice with the correct price but with no explanation or apology. Hi Mr Dickson, I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience with us and having looked into this, I can see why. This isn’t how we want to do business and I can only put this down to being one, or perhaps, eight, of those days. Although that is perhaps unfair on all of those who worked on your job as the problems seem to have stemmed from one plumber. We’ve had a word with him and we don’t expect a re-occurrence of the problems that we had. The error with your initial invoice was entirely due to an issue we had with our new invoicing system, which is now sorted, and your query about this, raised on the afternoon of Friday 15 September was answered on the evening of Monday 18 September. Having said that, it’s not acceptable that you should have had to query it as the invoice should have been accurate and I apologise for that and the problems you had with the work. To try to redeem ourselves somewhat, I will contact you privately to offer some recompense for the inconvenience we have caused you. Finally, please accept our apologies and we’ll make sure we do better the next time. Best Regards. Jackie.
