  We had an issue with a stuck stop pipe and 3 plumbers had been out who said they couldn’t help. Then I was recommended Ben Kneen. So glad, his team sorted this issue we’ve had for years at my Dads house. Dad is housebound and worried about a water leak happening and not being able to do anything. Recommended a button to turn the water off at ease (for dad). The gent Ben sent was amazing, explained everything and just cracked on. He even fixed dad’s leaky kitchen tap with a new washer. Brilliant job, can’t recommend high enough.

  I have used Ben's plumbing firm on numerous occasions. I have found everyone very friendly and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is explained. When the job is completed, all packaging etc. is taken away. Would I use them again. MOST DEFINITELY, and do highly recommend them to you all.

  We had our old combi boiler replaced with a nice new vaillant condensing one. We can’t fault the team they went above and beyond to get it up and running in the day, very neat and tidy will use them again.

Ben has worked exceptionally throughout my new build project in Wakefield, From installation of a full underfloor heating system, to full plumbing package, 1st fix to high end final fixings throughout.   Excellent service. Changed a bath to a walk in shower for elderly Mum who is really pleased with it. Minimum installation time and very professional finish. The whole team were friendly and helpful. They even made her cups of tea. Also have been a customer myself for many years having had various work done. Always excellent standard. Thanks.

  Exceptional service and work Could not ask for a better company to deal with, Ben went above and beyond giving advice to help me through a self managed renovation to get it specced to his requirements for heat pump installations, then Sams work on installation was brilliant, everything looks and works great.
