  We have had a PV system for over 14 years now and following the need to replace the inverter last year carried out by Nat Gen this year we have added battery storage. The inverter and battery are supplied by Fronius and the app now gives great flexibilty to control how we utilise the storage to best effect summer and winter. Very pleased with the service and installation by Nat Gen and the follow up support to get me up to speed with the controls.

  I had a quote from the now merged company natural generation. They were competitive and talked me through the options available and the relevant merits. Ok that's what you expect. Why they got the job was they were relaxed happy friendly and for a grumpy old man found them easy going accessible and good humoured. The scaffolding was as good as a winter storm for the front garden but the installers made a nice job of putting up the panels. They were happy in their work so either over paid or unaware of the harsh realities of life. The electrical installation of the battery and inverter went well and the electrician went out of his way to accommodate my whims and I had the lighting circuit from the battery so I can see in the dark when the grid goes down. I had a very similar system installed in a rental bungalow by the same people and again the electrician was brilliant in making the system integrate. I had an ev charger installed at home and he worked out a WiFi signal to the garage which was brilliant. The bunglow tenant is delighted to have high levels of control from the app which was explained in detail. Even I have grasped it. So now having had two complete systems with battery and ev charger I can say they are competitive on price second to none in a clean quick and thoughtful installation and follow up service can't be faulted. It is essential to be able to reach someone. Now helping a friend to get the same system from them

  A big Thank You to the whole team at Natural Generation for taking us through the process of solar panels and battery install. The solar panel team were efficient and tidy, Robin the electrician was great, very easy to discuss potential routing issues and come up with an amicable plan. I will definitely recommend Natural Generation.

  Great experience with Nat Gen. Everything was 5 star, brilliant personnel, credit to the company. Price was very competitive, installation quick and efficient. Product excellent, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

  Really pleased with the advice to start, the modelling and then the speed of installation was very good. The care on site was to be fair fabulous and the finished product was great. They worked with me on the direction/routing of wiring and made good to a high standard. Could not recommend Natural Generation from Perranporth more highly.
