  Harry attended our site to carry out an air conditioning service, and once again he completed the work with professionalism and great care. As we operate within a high-security office and are currently working on a time-sensitive project, Harry was respectful of all staff at all times. He managed the logistics of his work efficiently, adapting around staff movements and ensuring minimal disruption throughout the office. He worked seamlessly alongside our team and adhered fully to our health and safety procedures. In addition, Harry took the time to help me better understand the inconsistencies we’ve been experiencing with our air conditioning temperatures, which have been causing ongoing issues.   EOC Service my air source heat pump bolier and domestic aircon annually. The service is thorough and the engineers are friendly and helpful. With a service contract the cost is very reasonable.

  ASHP and associated installation arranged when major rebuilding work undertaken. EOC liaised with our building contractor in a timely manner, and professionally completed installation of system. The one minor issue which arose shortly after installation was resolved fully and swiftly following an engineer visit.

  Eoc Engineers Barry and Ben Serviced my Daikin Air heat source systems today, they were very thorough and took their time to explain to me in detail what the service entailed and kept me fully informed of what they were doing at each stage. They made no mess and removed their shoes each time they came in. Very impressed.
