  Booked an engineer to give a quote on a radiator. We weren’t happy last given a 4 hour window . Got up early sat and waited , no show , rung up to be told he’s on his way , we gave another 30 minutes think that’s very reasonable . Still no show . So rung up and cancelled . Not good obviously not wanting our custom or money

  Very unprofessional company and engineers We have waiting for appointment for 5hrs slot and engineer drop missed appointment leaflet and runaway within few seconds and second time never come and third time he decided to simply missed call from random phone number and never come. Never ever book appointment with this company.

  Great service from Sun Realm Heating Ltd. They installed a new boiler for me and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The engineer was friendly, turned up on time, and left everything clean and tidy. The boiler is working perfectly and I’d happily recommend them.

  Amazing. Came out very quickly. Sorted our boiler out for a very reasonable price compared with others. The staff that came round were friendly, and talked us through what they were doing. Friendly, profesional, good price and very happy with the outcome. Would definately reccomend to others for sure

  My first dealings with this company have not been good. The engineer did not come at the appointed time and when I phoned Sun Realm I was lied to by the call handler. She didn't give an apology for the stress and inconvenience caused. The call handler kept pushing me into having the engineer come at a later time despite the fact I gave her a reasons to why this would not be convenient for me. This company does not understand that the customer expects them to come at the appointment time given by Sun Realm. ( or at least phone and explain if there's a delay) When they failed to attend and failed to phone and explain, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them as I couldn't allow them access to my property after already wasting 4 hours waiting for the engineer to arrive. A very disappointing experience.

  So happy with the new boiler system ,I can't thank the plumbers and electrician, enough fantastic job , very neat job , friendly and very professional, I would definatly recommend,.

  Just had a new gas boiler fitted by Sun Realm and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. Everything was done to a high standard, with minimal disruption. Excellent job—highly recommend!
