  Would only quote via photos taken and then their quote came out double as expensive as everyone else (who quotes from actually coming round). They said I needed a pen fault detection, which I’ve already got so wasn’t sure whether they were trying to scam me or just missed it because they couldn’t be bothered to come round and quote like everyone else. Strange company who don’t quote in person and are either lying to bump up their price or genuinely just twice as expensive as other companies 🤷🏼‍♀️

  Dear Ms Gorringe, We are very disappointed with your rash & unfair negative review (as a small family run Company, we really do take it personally). Please read below but also, do your own research as well! The Tesla Wall connector that you purchased and wanted a quote to install, in accordance BS 7671:2018+A2:2022 - Section 722.411.4.1 will require PEN Fault detection (the Tesla Wall connector DOES NOT have this built into it, unlike most of the other EV chargers). This is a small unit costing around £145 which you do not already have (No matter what others have told you). As a Tesla approved installer, installing to BS 7671 Regulations, with all our installs being notified to building regulations (Partp) and the District Network Operator (DNO). We may NOT be the cheapest, but we install professionally and to all current standards & regulations. We have installed thousands of EV chargers over a 10 Year period and have a WHICH trusted trader star rating of 4.9/5 (WHICH, is a properly vetted review site and the reviews are from our genuine consumers).

  Hypervolt Home 3 Pro - EV Charger My new company EV required a new home charger. After my employer engaged with Powerpac, we found them very knowledgeable and experienced within their industry, and they assisted and supported us with providing the correct solution. We had a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro installed. Powerpac's electrician, William Dandy, arrived on time to complete the installation. William was very polite, professional and knowledgeable in the work he was undertaking. William kept us informed throughout the installation, engaged with us to confirm the best location for the charger and was very helpful. He informed us when he was powering down our home and ensured everything came back online. William also assisted us with downloading the correct app for the charger and also discussed with us a utility provider to meet our needs. The installation was carried out in a swift, tidy and professional manner. William respected our property, cleaned as he went and ensured we were happy with the completed works and that everything was up and running and the app and charger were working correctly. Powerpac, without a doubt, is a very knowledgeable and professional company, delivering to our needs and are experts within their field.   We had an EV charger installed by Powerpac. Always pleasant dealing with the gentleman on the phone, he is friendly and helpful. Relatively quick turnaround from quotation to installation. The installation was a little disappointing, the electrician was late and only told last minute we were unable to have the EV charger near the garage as the consumer unit in there isn't powerful enough. The power had to be directly from the consumer unit, luckily ours were right next to the driveway on the other side of the wall! Seemed like a easy installation without extra cabling but it took longer than expected as we had a hiccup with the EV charger. The electrician was knowledgeable in regards to the electric works but vague knowledge of the EV charger, referred us back to the instruction manual on how to's. He was a little careless and clumsy too: dropped the EV charger during installation which scratched the lid, threw equipment onto hard flooring, marked and dented walls near the consumer unit (thankfully, ours is located underneath the stairs in storage but he should really be more cautious). Powerpac was quick to resolve the issue of the damaged lid by replacing it the following day. We're unsure to whether the fall affected the unit but it did display signs of fault when installed, after a few times of trying and ringing the manufacturer. The unit finally worked. Extra configuration were carried out when the electrician came to replace the lid, but the peace of mind comes from Powerpac covers handiwork for 3 years after installation. I would definitely use Powepac again because of the customer service I received, but probably request a different electrician for all future works.

  I ordered some charge leads for our Hybrid car. I spoke on line to the company and they were very helpful. I paid on the Friday and they arrived 1st thing Monday morning as quoted, same item but better price than other sites (Not cheap, flipping VAT). I would highly recommend.
