  We made a decision to have solar panels fitted around 2016 just after we had had tens of thousands stolen by a rogue builder so put the company through a grilling. They endured this with grace, we went ahead and what a joy this company has been ever since. They have tracked the system noting problems which are attended to with alacrity. Since then I find myself alone, unknowing and useless at the mystical workings of these things and my mainly dumb queries are answered with kindness and patience. I decided to have a battery system fitted this, this was the only I wanted to approach and once again, the whole thing has been attended to with kindness, good humour, excellent work practices and a seemingly unending amount of patience. They can tell me if something isn’t right, guide me through setting up charging periods all with the patience of saints. I like buying local, and have been rewarded time and again by this company whose determination to do things right make things right and deliver the right service continues ad infinitum.

  We recently had 19 solar panels and a Tesla battery installed by Naked Solar and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Communication throughout the whole process with Zoe was excellent — everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and we always felt well informed. The reporting and documentation provided were detailed and professional, which gave us real confidence in the installation. The installation team were polite, tidy, and respectful at all times, and the whole project ran smoothly and seamlessly from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Naked Solar to anyone considering solar and battery installation.

  This was the second time that I have used Naked Solar. Morgan was my main contact and he was excellent. He was very responsive and proactive through the whole process. Hannah from Operations and Pete in Technical were also great as were the installation team for the new panels and inverter - Zach, Max and Gary. I would be very happy to use Naked Solar again.

  Naked Solar completed 3 installations for us over 3 properties. Without doubt the entire team and process was completed in a highly professional manner.   After a couple of disappointing experiences with other suppliers, it was refreshing to discover Naked Solar. From the first conversation with Joe, through to the survey, installation and follow-up, the service has been exceptional. They take care of every detail, and the installation team were punctual, tidy, and completed all the work to a high standard. Our system (20 panels and 18kWh Sigenstor battery storage) is already saving us a small fortune, and will save more once we get registered for grid supply. I can't recommend Naked Solar's accounts and installation teams enough, and would be delighted to provide them with a glowing reference at any time.

  We recently had solar panels fitted and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything went smoothly from day one, from the initial setup and communication to billing and installation. The team was very professional throughout, and the installation was carried out efficiently with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar panels. An amazing company to deal with!

  Thanks to Sam, Matt, Martin and the team for a trouble free installation, undertaken professionally and safely at Gwella's Head Office in Scorrier. The site guys were meticulous in their approach and the installation is very neat and tidy. A job well done.
