  Retrofitted solar panels into my home which already had a battery and ev charger. Initial install went smoothly and then worked with me to get all the separate components working. Have full view of what each bit is consuming/producing and following their advice have now automated a lot of the system, so it just works by itself. Highly recommend for installation and aftercare.

  Contact with the solar bureau throughout the experience was good. On the day of installation Matt called to advise arrival time. Minimal disruption during the installation and everything explained at the end how the system worked. Small delay in scaffolding being taken away afterwards which was resolved after a call. Overall pleasing experience

  All round an excellent job done by The Solar Bureau. After a less than adequate job done by a previous installer I was nervous about going through it all again. I needn't have worried. Every member of staff I worked with was professional and I felt committed to ensuring that the job was done right. And it was. The installer on the day was so knowledgeable - I learnt so much about Solar and Battery systems, especially about how to maximise their benefit. Two week in and we still can't get over the energy saving we are seeing, and it's not summer yet !

  Had a fairly good experience with the installation of our PV system. Always found that interaction with the staff was polite and courtesy. The PV system was installed to a high level of professionalism. But we did have to wait far longer than their 10 working days to have the scaffolding removed, turned out to be 17 working days in the end and after several chasing calls/messages to Solar Bureau. Overall happy with the system thats been installed.

  They did everything exactly as they promised. All staff we engaged with (those fitting the equipment, and those in the office) were really helpful and friendly.

  Way too early to comment on the quality of the hardware installed (hence only 4-stars so far) but the installation guys were friendly, efficient, tidy and knew their stuff. Dealing with the Solar Bureau office was 'painless' but if I have one minor gripe then better comms on the status of the installation team would have been good...I shouldn't have had to chase to find out if/when they were turning up or why they were delayed....but that is a very minor gripe and they remedied that issue by completing the job in one day rather than two.

  Chris at solar bureau was fantastic in answering my multiple questions before I purchased. However , as like others are reporting the fox app is not the most intuitive to use, my husband also has struggled. Following advice from the solar bureau office to amend my battery schedule I tried to do this and since har not had a charging battery or working inverter. App error messages and the solar bureau have not been reliable in fixiing nor helping me fix this . The app could do with simple instructions and what to do when setting charging parameters. Quick guide and mode enabling are not turning off then won’t turn off, error messages etc. surely a simple here’s how to set your battery charge times video etc should help many people and resolve some customer service headaches

  As a community centre run as a charity we needed to get a grant for PV Solar and battery storage, which meant various quotes. After researching the differences we decided that Solar Bureau was the company we were best prepared to work with and we were not disappointed. For months we had to jump through bureaucratic hoops with the district and parish councils as well as National Grid, mainly because we are deemed to be a commercial building. After nearly 12 months, and a lot of patience from Solar Bureau, we had our install completed. Great workmanship from Rob the installer and from the team at the office - Sophie, Siobhan, Christina and Adil. If you want a good job at a fair price check these guys out.
