  From the moment of the first call to the completion of the work was a breeze, very knowledgeable, and in my case recommended what i had in mind wasn't really necessary even when it would have meant less money in their pockets. The team installed the system with minimal fuss, left the area clean and tidy, i am more than happy to recommend Ask Renewables, they discussed with me at length and answered my many questions with enthusiasm to and made sure i ended up with something i was happy with and did the job i wanted it to do.   Excellent service from the inital assessment, explanation, decision making, through to the installation. No pressure sales tacitcs. Independant business that deals with the whole process, with no sub contractors as far as i'm aware. I'm sure they'll be avaialbe for any ongoing support. Highly recommended

  This company is brilliant! The key to this is that they are always there to help you even long after your installation. I could not recommend them highly enough as it’s when you need help that really counts, not when everything is shiny and new!   This was our second solar install with Ask Renewables. Once again they've been absolutely excellent. We chose them as they did a really careful on site survey with Matt, who took exceptional care to review the location, decide on the best solution, and present us with the right options. We ended up with a very smart Hanchu solar/battery/gateway system. The office team of Karyn and Samantha managed all the essential paperwork really efficiently and were super-quick to answer questions. The install team turned up on time and did a perfect job, with a quick and tidy fit. Even the scaffolding firm they use round us were really nice guys. Ed managed the install from the office and kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend this firm.

  From the start of our experience with ASK, staff made the process from enquiry to installation really easy. They were always on hand to answer any questions and able to explain the various technical processes in an understandable way. We are really happy with the system we've had installed which fits our needs perfectly and the ongoing customer service post-installation is second to none.

  Extremely rude receptionist i suggest the company hire someone with manners, she decided to huff and snigger down the phone to me when i tried to explain why i was calling, when i pulled her up on it all of a sudden she decided to be polite and nice its not hard to have some manners and be nice to people but your employee over the phone clearly struggles with it maybe she should learn some manner next time around. Very rude staff if i could give 0 stars i would
