  I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of contractors working on behalf of Morrisons Telecom. Contractors entered the rear of my home without knocking, without speaking to me, and without giving me any prior notice. They unlocked my gate, accessed the back of the property, attached wires to the wall, moved/relocated my gate, and continued with their works as though this was acceptable. It was not acceptable. This is my home, not an open worksite. I have a right to privacy, security, and basic communication before contractors access the rear of my home or carry out works affecting it. My internet was also disrupted for approximately half a day with no warning, which meant I was unable to study. I contacted the council and was informed the contractors were working without the required permit and that enforcement action/a fine is being pursued. The lack of communication, respect, and professionalism was appalling. Residents should not be treated as an inconvenience, and private access areas should not be entered without notice or permission. This company is a disgrace

  Absolutely awful company to deal with after they have damaged internet cables on properties they were not even working on. Show absolutely no care when contacting them to put in a complaint and simply lack any accountability.

  We have had an awful experience with M Group Highways in Cambridgeshire. During the awful repair works on the road outside our property, of which there is still a 60mm deep pothole following the repair (in which M Group are happy with the quality of this repair job!). They damaged our newly laid driveway without informing us in July 2025. Ever since then we have been in communication with every level of management, they have not only been dismissive and prolonged the process but we are still no further ahead in getting the damage they have caused fixed. Clearly not a representation of the social responsible values portrayed on their website!!

  Company fails to adhere to a complaint process nor does it handle date safely in accordance with GDPR regulations. Sent threatening legal action letters after two separate occasions of me saying they can do what they need to do as long as they provide assurance any damage they cause is covered. I was told to claim on my house insurance for any damage they create. Terrible company. Treat the customers they are paid to deal with horrendously.

  I’ve been notified this company gave my fast against my consent which fails to meet IOS regulations to protect my safety as I’m vulnerable. Police will be notified as no warrant was given via court for my email and other personal details.

  Absolute charlatans. The fact that they say they’re part of Openreach and attempt to install without permission, is enough to make you not want these clowns anywhere near your home. Shocking company.

  We would like to say a big thank you to engineer Ahmed Belgame from M Group Services to deliver his job professionally and perfectly. Ahmed was such a professional and brave engineer who has done the impossible mission possible. Last few months several BT Open Reach engineers had attempted to install the new fibre cable for the Broadband but no success. Our site is located on a very busy road with ongoing traffic, the new fibre cable has to be connected from the opposite main pole to a new pole of our side. Several previous engineers could not connected the cable due to the difficulty. Our household has been waiting for months and get really frustrated. With Ahmed's determination, he managed to get the cable from the other side over the busy road on his own. Cable was caught by buses and on going cars several times but he didn't give up and tried again and again. We were very worried about his safety but he did it safely and perfectly. I asked how he has such a determination as 2 previous engineers have not even attempted to try when they saw the site on the busy road. He said he likes the challenge! He was working till the dark without stop and was happily showing us the successful new connection working. He has such a great attitude for his profession. I truly believe such a diligent young man should be highly praised and get his recognition. All in all, we are very happy customers and thank you ever so much Ahmed.
