  Reliable and friendly also for boiler service they know when due and fone you. I'd a leak and the female on the fone was so so helpful even though think was my fault 😂😂 Thanks guys 🙂

  Very clean and good communication. Made good choices as to the best route for the pipes. Overall very happy with their work for our village hall.

  We are very pleased with the whole RDI experience. The installation team were all hardworking, polite and respectful. Disruption in the house was minimal and they were happy to answer any questions we had. After several years without, we now have a cosy, warm house and hot water and a confidence in the system installed.

  Engineer who attended was very good, appreciate how he made me aware that he had to go upstairs or into other rooms etc before just doing it and he was very helpful in answering the questions I had about the air source pump
