  We had our service carried out by Nathan who was thorough and went above and beyond to give us more detailed information on how our system actually worked - even highlighting and repairing an error made by the homebuilders during installation. Will be coming back annually for our service, thanks again!

  Excellent service as always from Plumbing & Renewables, I have been using them for the last few years for the annual service on my ASHP. Engineer always turns up on time, does a good job and gives a comprehensive explanation of the work carried out and any adjustments that may have been required. Would recommend them.

  Plumbing and Renewables installed our heat pump 5 years ago and have serviced it every year since. I can't recommend them enough, they are very professional, reliable, friendly and give excellent support when you need it. When I was trying to figure out how to set the programme (they did show me when it was installed but I forgot how to do it) they sent me a video on how to do it. Excellent company.
