  Just had Energie Solutions do my first service on my new build house. They identified a number of issues and mistakes made by the original installer including putting the outdoor unit in the wrong place!! Complained to the builders are they corrected everything. Just waiting for Energie Solutions to come back free of charge to check over everything has been done correctly.

  With the sun finally coming out, thought I would get my Solar Thermal system looked at. Found Energie Solutions who answered the phone promptly, provided a very detailed quote and the engineer turned up on time as planned. Lewis was very thorough with all of the checks and explained everything to me system all good to go now for the summer 🌞🌞

  Had Energie Solutions at my property to carry out my annual service . They have also added the glycol into my system . The local company I had been using for several years supposedly topped my system on each visit - this turns out to be completely untrue. The engineer who did the service explained why this should be done and how long it will take to flush it in properly as he described "it's not the same as topping up the screen wash on the car!!". I have a mixture of underfloor heating and radiators upstairs so they were here for 4hours+. It was expensive but I did my own research and the chemicals are nearly £200 and I needed 4 tubs to get the right concentration!! My warning is to others with heat pumps , the glycol doesn't need topping up on every service , unless you have a leak so I understand now it's not going to be part of a standard annual service. Massive thanks to Alfie and Lewis for a fantastic job well done - looking forward to seeing you again next year and for many years to come!!

  Had energie solutions at my property to carry out my annual service. They have alsi added glycol to my system. The local company i had been using for several years supposedly topped it up each year. Turns out this is not true. Energie solutions engineer explained how this work sbluld be carrisd out and how long it shpuld take. They were here for 4 hours. I have also carried out my own researxh since their service and now realise thatthe chemicals are so expensive to buy and i needed 4 large tubs. Im so annoyed that the original company had been fleecing me and jeopordising my warrenty. Finally i have found a company willing to do a job properly. Word of warning to anyone who is having their system topped up at the service for free or a few hundred quid, they most certainly are not! I look forward to using energie solutions again. Thankyou

  Hi Robert! We are glad you found us too! Sadly there are so many companies carrying out work that ultimately is invalidating homeowners warranties. We try to explain this to potential customers but sadly many people will buy only on price not understanding that the glycol is ridicously expensive and can be very time consuming to flush into the heating system (properly!). If a company is offering to carry out work hundreds cheaper than us then they probably are the kind of company you shouldn't use. But anyway you don't have to worry about that! best wishes

  Jordan was prompt and professional. His knowledge far exceeded my expectations, and he communicated clearly throughout the job, helping me understand exactly what was taking place. He thoroughly checked the appliance and rectified the issue I was experiencing. Since then, I’ve noticed a significant positive change in my household energy consumption.   Great service from Energie helping us get our heat pump back on line remotely following a power outage. Really responsive and efficient, got us back up and running in minutes. We've only recently taken out a maintenance contract so I was really impressed with their response to a new customer.

  I had an issue with the underfloor heating in my house (running off a heat pump) after moving into a new build last summer. I contacted a few other places in London first but nobody could help, so I was really relieved to find Energie Solutions. They were professional, knowledgeable, and quickly got to the root of the problem. Nigel was excellent — very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. You could also tell they put a huge amount of effort into the job and genuinely cared about getting everything working properly. Fantastic service from start to finish — highly recommended.

  Excellent inspection and review of our ASHP concluding with a detailed report and photographs. Very competent and informative engineer. Strongly recommend their services.

  Engineer came to service heat pump, drove a good distance from Essex to Bedfordshire, and was helpful with questions and sharing his knowledge, friendly, demonstrative with issues, and generally a great person. Have had issues with other companies not prepared to support older heat pumps, but this company was helpful, supportive and able to assist where others were not
