  We had our Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump recently installed by Nick Charlie Tyler and Liam along with others. They did a marvelous job and we would thoroughly recommend them. They were polite and very considerate throughout. Big thanks for explaining everything to us when the job was finished even though it was late on the Friday.

  By far the best engineers or trades people I've had to work on my home. Encountered several issues during a complex install and solved them all after discussing all possible solutions with me. Excellent quality work, professional attitude and friendly manner. Thank you Charlie, Nick and Tyler.

  We originally contacted Energy Smart with a view to having the solar system we inherited with the house we bought changed to have a battery. They came and gave us a fair quote for doing the job. We dithered about having the job done for six months and then the inverter we had packed in. We called them back and I was expecting to have to fork out for a battery but Matt told us a battery wasn't needed for our situation as our usage was very low and we wouldnt see a return for our investment for many years. A new inverter with a feed in tariff was all we needed. I was very impressed that they were honest and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. The installation went smooth and they did a good job. We would highly recommend them if you want some solar work doing to your home.

  We have a 14 panel installation with a Givenergy battery. The team did a brilliant job - we are really happy with the result. The installation is neat and tidy, and everything is working as it should be. I would highly recommend this company.

  The Energy Smart Group have been looking after our ASHP system since we had it installed in 2019. (They didn't install it - the company that did - disappeared fairly quickly after the installation!). The ESG have been excellent since they picked up our system. Last weekend it stopped working... but despite it being 17:00 on Saturday, Sam and the team kicked in to help. Monday morning a bright engineer arrived and worked hard to identify the fault and get the system back up and running. Above and beyond I would say. If you have an ASHP system - look them up and give them a call.

  Absolutely brilliant - not pushy and listen to what you want to do - the whole team were brilliant from start to finish and the products I got were exactly right for me. All work done efficiently and courteously within the agreed timescales - can’t praise them enough and Matt especially.
