  We booked a service call and we had water temperature control problem. Steve the engineer arrived on time and carried out a service and found we had a faulty control module. He replaced the module and all has been perfect since. Only quibble I have is the bill was not itemised as to the work carried out, just a total figure with no breakdown.

  You Wrote Had some solar panels fitted in our new build house on the land and from start to finish the service was fantastic. Amber, was very helpful in the office with the queries I had. They explained the system well to me and how it works. It’s also great to know they do servicing options after if needed in the future. They also have offered cleaning of panels and bird proofing options if I need in the future. Will be recommending to my neighbours and family for sure! Can’t wait to see the reduction in bills and helping the environment also.

  We were carrying out a renovation on our property and needed a complete overhaul of our heating system. We installed a heat pump, solar and battery storage.   DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They're incapable of installing a solar thermal system correctly and then fail to come back out to repair faults. They are useless and I do not recommend them to anybody. Worst company for any kind of trade.
