I contacted MES electrical about getting solar panels. The whole process was so smooth. I filled out the enquiry form, Rachael got back to me so quickly with the cost. I expected everything to be more expensive but prices are very competitive. Craig and Rachael answered all my questions. I was meant to wait for another 4 weeks but they had an opening and booked me for that slot immediately. On the day of the installation, the team did a brilliant job. They made sure to clean up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. The installation looks professional with all the wires tucked away. The team are also very friendly and happy to answer any questions. I had a couple of quotes with tel he big companies but I am glad I went to MES electrical. Definitely a friendly and professional company

Very pleased with the recent installation of 21 solar panels and Fox battery at our home last week. The whole process from initial enquiry to commissioning has been quick and professional, and the installation itself only took two days. The installers Ryan, Ryan and George were efficient, considerate and polite and Craig, Sean and Rachael at the office have been responsive and helpful. Combine all of this with a very competitive price and M.E.S. becomes a highly recommended company to provide a complete solar solution.

Really pleased with our solar & battery experience, from sales to install. Rachael was very proactive and reassuring throughout. Then followed up by Craig and his team, who walked me through every step of the journey (inc. sending me photos of the panels before installation day to make sure I was comfortable), handled unexpected National Grid hiccups without pressure and installed everything very professionally. They even walked me through the FoxCloud App at the end. Recommended!

Brilliant job, it's also a concern when you heard of so many dodgy suppliers around M.E.S are one of the best. It was good to see such a qualified install team that was happy to suggest some of their work we could go and see for peace of mind. Very thorough especially with the calculations to check for the roof weight and rain water dissapation. Good prompt communication from the team. Highly recommended!

We recently had our solar panel fitment and have to congratulate the MES team for their considerable efforts in completing a difficult internal wiring programme as external panel wiring was not available. Tricky and exhausting, Craig and his assistant would not give up, so we say Many Thanks MES, a brilliant job. Would certainly recommend.

  Owner's reply
